It happened during one of the many adventures between Episode III and IV. Since most of his body is standard and his in under the care of Captain Antilles they might have used a generic covering for his leg during that adventure.

I just want to say those pics of Cinderella and Prince Charming were just fabulous! Oh and that "fight" with Peter Pan was too cute!

It was at Epcot, and was a room with screens along the wall - can't really recall if it was part of SSE, or in where Innoventions is now. You just walked up to one, I think they were kind of motion activated, and you could talk face to face with a CM to make dinner reservations, and get any of your park questions answered. I remember doing it in '93, but I think they were gone when we went back in '95.
