It is actually not Disney property. It is surrounded by Disney so they have to allow access to it, but it is not Disney. The property was rumored to be owned by Howard Hughes and he would not sell it. That part could be an urban legend.
I believe the Swan and Dolphin are actually owned by Disney, just not run by Disney. This was due to some kind of legal settlement.

HAHA! :lol: Obviously the girl on the right side of this photo isn't so sure about that close to Pluto. I'm guessing she's probably seen the video of Pluto's episode chasing a kid at DL.

We are all so bummed that Suzy and Perla are no longer at the character dinner at GF........kids not sure they want to go with the step-sisters yelling at each other!
