Its the new Bonnet Creek Resort Area. On Disney property but not operated by disney. Like the Swan and Dolphin.

It is actually not Disney property. It is surrounded by Disney so they have to allow access to it, but it is not Disney. The property was rumored to be owned by Howard Hughes and he would not sell it. That part could be an urban legend.

I believe the Swan and Dolphin are actually owned by Disney, just not run by Disney. This was due to some kind of legal settlement.
