That photo of the Headless Horseman really makes me want to do a Halloween trip sometime. But, alas, after this December trip, any more will have to wait until DD graduates from college. Those tuition bills are out of sight!!:lookaroun

I love this billboard. I think it is a great piece of theming, but many people do not notice it. Its stuff like this that make Disney what it is, the attention to detail.

i completely agree! i never really noticed it either until this past trip (oct 12-16). while i was wandering around mgm i sort of realized that it really is a wonderful park. very well themed (everything is perfect, the music, decorations, ride placement, buildings, and streetmosphere), but sadly lacking in any major reasons to spend an entire day there. i actually think it could stand to have a few more dark rides and a few less shows.

First, $59!!! That's crazy. I wish I could pay anything close to that, but being a passholder wouldn't be a good idea since I'm all the way up in New York.

Second, that is such a funny and cute story. You seriously turned my day around. Now, I know where to go when I need some extra cheering up.

Yes I get those $59 a night rates at lot at the value resorts  Those value resorts are great and for me the AllStars feels like it is in the heart of Disney :) There are a lot of things that you don't get if you stay at a value resort instead of Disney's other resorts. But if you just want to go to Disney to enjoy the parks and you just need a place to sleep that has good Disney transporation, the AllStars and Pop Century are great places to check out.

Now I have enjoy some other resorts at passholder rates :) I stayed in the Beach Club for $174 a night for 4 nights/5 days at a passholder rate and CoronadoSprings for one night/2 days at a passholder rate at about a little over $100. In December I have a room booked at Port Orleans Riverside for $100 a night for one night/2 days :)

For my 31st birthday I will either stay at AllStars or I might try CoronadoSprings for a week. If I stay at AllStars I will be at the parks more and if I stay at Coronado I will be at the Resort more. I really love Coronado so I might stay there this time, but I am not sure. Both of those resorts should have passholder rates coming out soon :)

Thank You :) I am glad to know that my posts can make people happy and help them :) A lot of times a cute and funny story can make little me happy as well

Yoim also likes it when people use the word cute when talking about little her :) She likes to be cute and she was happy when you said my story was a cute story, because she was part of the story
