Disney Photo Imaging. Perhaps they have to do with the ride cameras.
That's true. I almost wonder if/when Disney would add some sort of tech to make it so photos taken of the in ride photo displays would appear in a horrible manner. When leaving a ride I see nothing but a multitude of guests taken pics of their pics with their cell phones. The bean counters at WDW must think that's nothing but lost revenue and have to be brainstorming a way to reduce that happening.Hopefully it's camera upgrades. I've noticed that the image quality on on ride photos is pretty low, especially considering the price point.
Could the AK permits be retention ponds or infrastructure for Rivers of Light? Two permits for the Pangnai Forest Aviary at AK:

It's fascinating they have to file permits to build portable, temporary structures like the F&W kiosks. They seem made of ply-wood, last minute, but obviously there is much more to these, like electrical.First two permits for Food and Wine setup for this year:
1776 Avenue of the Stars - Epcot Food And Wine 2014 Hops & Barley Marquee at American Adventure
1990 Avenue of the Stars - Fabrications and Installation of Puerto Rico Kiosk at Food and Wine Festival
