Just started anew job this week so I am falling behind on the permit updates, although I am try to check each day for anything earth shattering.

Is there a site(s) you would recommend to us so we can dig up some of these permits and take a little bit of the burden of you? If you don't want to, that's fine. Just figured we could take some pressure of you. BTW, I asked this in another thread, but have you seen any permit filings for that new waterfront/tapaz Morrocco restaurant that's in Development?

No, no permits for Morocco yet.
Another Whiting Turner permit for the Grandfloridian project today. This one doesn't expire until 12/2014:
Grand Floridian Resort - Concrete Deck Expansion to Summerhouse
Also a couple Buena Vista Construction permits today including the almost monthly permit for Small World.

Now that DIsney Springs is officially out of the bag, I'm guessing, based on the Imagination permits, the next major new project to probably get announced will, most likely, be a replacement for Imagination. Is this an accurate assumption? What exactly has been leaked so far through the filing of these permits?

Haven't seen anything that would lead me to believe anything in the works for Imagination. There have been a few permits for it recently but that's not unusual. The insiders around here are pretty good at getting info on projects so it's unusual for a permit to pop up for a major project that we don't already know something about.
