In addition to creating neat little groups, this year's format is designed to ensure more competitive matchups in the early rounds. :wave:

One thing I like about the staggered format we'll be using is that I don't have to sit here counting to stay current throughout the round. I can take my time doing the Round 2 prepwork while you run your first round.
