Pulled Pork at Pecos Bill
Just out of curiosity, how does the pulled-pork sandwich at Pecos Bill's compare with the one at Flame Tree Barbeque? That one is my personal favorite.

To my understanding, it's all the same pulled pork. I know for a fact that the stuff at Peco's Bill comes out of a bag. I think Flame Tree is better based on the fact that you can get different kinds of sauce to put on it as well as the baked beans. Flame Tree just seems to taste better.
