Agreed. Somehow, depsite it being held in a warmer, they keep it from drying out. I happen to like it with the sauce and pine nuts on the fish, as opposed to on the side.
And a side of potatoes is required.
Sorry, there is no Strawberry Shortcake.

Sadly, they dumped it on the side for me instead of actually on the salmon. I would have preferred it on there.
Although I eyed up your strawberry shortcake Black, I had to try the Key Lime Pie. I am with Key Lime flavored things the way you are with Strawberry stuff. I was kinda let down by it. It definitely has a different consistency then it appears to. But still, yummy!

If you look closely you will see the pesto on the Salmon.
If you look even closer you will see the pork sauce on the potatoes.
If you look even more closely, you will still not see shortcake

It is very different.
It tastes the same as a key lime pie, but it is a very light consistency - almost like it is whipped. Sort of like a key lime mousse.
I was very suprised by it. It good. Different, but good.

Hahaha yeah I noticed all that!!!
I asked for the pesto to be put ON the salmon but I think when we were there is right when they were changing everything and the just put it in a ramican. It was a really really weird experience to say the least.

That is odd, because my picture is from two weeks ago.
The server did make a point of asking me where I wanted the sauce.
Him "Do you want sauce"
Me "Yes"
Him "Do you want it on the fish"
Me "Yes"
Him "Not on the side, on the fish"
Me "Yes, on the fish"
Maybe they get a lot of people sending it back ?

Well I was back in September and they had like all Disney management watching over them at all the stations because of the changes they made to the portions and stuff. Just odd and it looked like you had a odd time as well.
