Agreed. Somehow, depsite it being held in a warmer, they keep it from drying out. I happen to like it with the sauce and pine nuts on the fish, as opposed to on the side.
And a side of potatoes is required.

Gotta have the pesto ON the salmon as well! Potatoes are a MUST too with the pork sauce! I'll forgive you on the shortcake. I think I'm gonna try the key lime pie this time as well!

If you look closely you will see the pesto on the Salmon.
If you look even closer you will see the pork sauce on the potatoes.
If you look even more closely, you will still not see shortcake

I asked for the pesto to be put ON the salmon but I think when we were there is right when they were changing everything and the just put it in a ramican. It was a really really weird experience to say the least.
