Thanks for posting that. I have been considering doing this trek on our next trip, and am very interested in the food they offer (since it will mean we won't be able to do Yak and Yeti that day)...

The food in those tiffins look amazing!

It is a edamame stew, the green stuff on top of the salmon is cilantro chutney.
I didn't care for the cilantro but the stew was very good.

Everything in there was delicious. Even the flower was edible, and there is more there than it looks like.
