Paging Blackthidot, Strawberry desert picture time. From California Grill, I believe it's called a Strawberry Napoleon. I saw Strawberry in the title and read no further.

The ones by me put a mixture of oil and grain alcohol into it. Then they light it.

A two two three foot flame burns out of the top of the 'volcano', then it dies and the steam comes out.

My kids were VERY disappointed when the chef at Teppan Edo did not do it. They asked "what happened to the fire" and the chef said "Mickey says we cannot do it"

It's a common Teppan thing. Most places do it.
