Way to make things Pop!

I want to publicly thank the Pop Century Resort for returning my down pillow that I accidently left at the beginning of the month. They tracked me down, called me and mailed it to me at NO COST! There's still Disney magic out there and it's being made by the Cast Members in all roles!

I will be staying at POP in 19 days! I have to admit, I used to be a deluxe resorts snob, but the cast members there are really top notch! Im glad to hear they are keeping up the good work! :sohappy:

My nephew forgot to empty one of his drawers of clothes (boys :lookaroun) and they called me and shipped them back free of charge. Disney service at its best!

That's nice. I accidentaly left my one year old daughter's blanket behind at Saratoga Springs on our last visit in September. I wish someone would have gotten it back to us but it is gone forever! Anyway, it's great that people actually do care out there.

BUT, in all seriousness, we at some time - somewhere in the world- lost my son's Northface jacket and my daughter's monogrammed jacket. They found both of them and tracked us down by my son's name written on the inside of his jacket (thank you so much to the MOM - had to be a mom- who designed those little sewn in name tags.) We should be getting them this week.

Amazing - as others have said - Disney magic at its' best!!!! :sohappy:

My daughters favorite blanket was left behind in the bedding at Wilderness Lodge. They were able to find it at the central laundry and sent it home, CLEANED and at no cost also. GREAT SERVICE.

This thread gives me hope that not everything that gets lost in WDW disappears forever. I am still waiting for my brand new glasses I lost in August to just miraculously appear one day.

I do agree though that the CMs at POP are fantastic. Some of my best CM interactions have come from POP Century.

I have never encountered a less than pleasant cast member at Pop Century.

Speaking of missing items, my father is still waiting to get his camera back that was left in Kitchen Kabaret back in the 80's!!!
