Going to see it this weekend. I'm not sure what to expect, but I do love comic book movies.
"GRAPHIC NOVELS, Joel."

Some cool street marketing that should be familiar if you've read the book...
Ooooh, where is that?

This is great: 104 Hilarious Photoshop ways to ruin Watchmen...

Sitting in the IMAX right now. Trailers starting. Anticipation high.
Watchmen have been watched.
Much a$$ was kicked.
Thumbs up.
Changes were made, mostly to the end, and didn't bother me at all.
Actually, the only thing that would make me give the film 4.5 instead of 5 stars was...um....a certain part of Dr. Manhattan. Every time it makes an appearance, it tends to draw your eye. Like hypnosis. Distracting.
I hadn't heard that, but I was actually wondering while I typed if people would have assumed they were ripping off Saw with the original version. Interesting.^from what I understand, Snyder and co. felt that Rorsarch's dealing with the child killer had to be changed for one reason, and I see their point.
The reason.....Saw.
The movie was INCREDIBLE!!!! I loved every minuite of it. :sohappy:
The critics can throw their opinions that non-fans of the book won't enjoy it because I've never touched any of the books and I loved the movie.
