Walt's office gone from DHS

At the beginning of 2014, there were 7 rides and 9 shows.A year went by, the attractions closed, now there are only 5 rides and 7 shows. Note:That is counting one mans dream and VOTLM as attractions that are still open,not closed!

Look at it this way, they are not removing it to an unknown vault, it is going to the actual Museum for display. I believe one of the Disney family is a curator there. I just went in this past January. So much history. I loved seeing the multi plane camera, and attraction dioramas

The hat and that Jack Sparrow thing went first
Backlot Tour and American Film Institute went second
Magic of Disney Animation and Animation Academy just left
One Man's Dream and Lights, Motors, Action are out next.
And then hopefully Indiana Jones and Little Mermaid not too long after.

Yes. But of what you listed only the backlot tour was a ride. He said two rides closed in 2014.

One Man's Dream was cool, but the more I think on it, I believe they're doing the right thing for DHS as a whole. That park needs a major overhaul and an actual identity. Now, we're finally getting all that. Star Wars and Pixar are going to be great.

I was just at the museum last week, and if you ever have a chance to go I highly encourage it. They've done a fantastic job, and the addition of his office is going to be very cool.

If nothing else, go there for the model of Disneyland that they have. I could've spent hours looking at that alone.

It's not like Walt had more pieces of office furniture during his life there...They had this set on Display at The Treasures of The Walt Disney Archives exhibit when it was out here in Chicago...
