I'm not sure that makes much sense as you would have to walk to EPCOT to get the skyliner to CB to change to get it DHS. At that point it must be quicker to walk to DHS directly.
Yes, I know, but sometimes Disney doesn't make sense with their rules. Like no buses to MK from Fort Wilderness if you don't wanna wait for the boat.

So I read that the skyliner will be operating

Reputable scientific sources say the covid virus can stay up in the air for several hours.

and people are going into a tiny enclosed space. This is nuts.

Yeah, if that was the case then nobody can be in any space, inside or out, that anyone else had been in for the past several hours.

That's not how it works unless you're not wearing a mask.

Besides, people should be wearing masks to significantly reduce those airborne aerosols and the gondolas are very well vented.

Problem is, a lot of people will use their time inside the gondola to take a break from wearing the masks. At least in buses there is some self policing from fellow travelers.

The gondolas in motion create an 11 mph breeze.

The stations also have fans that point to emptied gondolas to cool them off.

It's better than most rides will be. Many rides have fully enclosed indoor queues (as well as many rides being indoors). It's better than any resort elevator.
