It’s not even $100 more at Cedar Point, it’s more like $150-200.
This doesn’t work because everyone would need to be in the park by the time it opened and that logistically doesn’t work.I'm really not a fan of FastPass+ at WDW, but I loved MaxPass at Disneyland, in spite of the upcharge. This is because MaxPass feels like the traditional day-of, factor-in-the-cost-of-getting-the-fastpass, original paper-based system from before - not the "book 3 rides at 5 am 60 days in advance if you're lucky" system that drives me crazy.
I would actually love it if Disney just completely did away with FastPass pre-bookings at WDW but kept the app-based system. I kinda doubt they will, though...
Why?This doesn’t work because everyone would need to be in the park by the time it opened and that logistically doesn’t work.
You new here?Why?
No. Are you?You new here?
Not everyone at WDW is a local. There are over 36,000 hotel rooms with almost 150,000 guests occupying them. Resort guests would be at a major disadvantage and that doesn’t work for WDWWhy?
NoNo. Are you?
4.13 guests per room? That is full occupancy indeedNot everyone at WDW is a local. There are over 36,000 hotel rooms with almost 150,000 guests occupying them. Resort guests would be at a major disadvantage and that doesn’t work for WDW

Also. Earnings reports are public. This is 2019 pre pandemic full year data.
WTH does that have to do with occupancy? Also. Earnings reports are public. This is 2019 pre pandemic full year data.
“Attendance at domestic parks was comparable to 2018, but per capita spending was up 7% due to higher spending on tickets, food and beverage, and merchandise. At the hotels, per room spending was up 5%, and occupancy was up 3% to 94%.”
