I swear this is historically laughable. Again you have no idea what is going on and you are spouting lies.
If this is going to be debated, lets look at the facts. FightonIrish312, if you wish to refute any of this please offer sources for your data.
Name one thing that 74 or Disneyhead said that was an opinion and not a fact. Hotel occupancy is down (fact).
“Occupancy in Disney hotels was 82 percent in fiscal 2011, the same as 2010 but down from 89 percent in 2008.“

"However, we think occupancy levels are flat to down [year over year], particularly at the deluxe resorts and only slightly better at the value/All-Star resorts,"

Attendance is down/stagnant (fact).
WDW Attendance pulled from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_amusement_park_rankings but based on TEA/AECOM Global Attractions Report.
2008: 47,146,000
2009: 47,513,000
2010: 47,086,000
2011: 47,449,000
2012: “Attendance at Walt Disney World was down slightly for the year”

Guest spending is down at WDW (fact).
Guest spending at Disney parks is up overall, but I can't find any supporting evidence for WDW being down.
DME usage is down (fact).
“According to the Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World'sMagical Express service has had a decline in ridership during the first half of 2012. Riders were down 1 percent, or 11,000 guests, from the same time in 2011”
