I guess for those saps that wait on line for 300 plus minutes, that the rest of the park just is not that interesting.
Yeah, if the single rider line is the difference between the cars going off full or not, I don't see the problem with the single rider line, unless that slows down loading to the point where it would affect capacity? Seems unlikely.Getting rid of single rider would only increase the wait, since they only get a set when there is only 1 available.
Why have emtpy seats go through AND have single rideres wait in the regular line for another emtpy seat to be next to them?????????? Doesn't make any sense
Summer time at WDW.
The single rider closure may be because there are enough single riders already waiting in the queue to handle the next 1/2 hour or hour or whatever of space. If you keep adding too many single riders eventually the single rider wait will be longer than the regular stanby queue.
This is a bit unnerving... 6+ hour wait for a ride - I'm glad that it's a popular ride, but I think the capacity thing could be a huge issue.
Should make for some intresting schedules.Single day admission is a little high just to ride one ride. Looks like a multiple day stay is in order. :ROFLOL:
Actually, when we added the single rider line at RnRC, it increased the stand-by wait by at least 15-20 mins in peak times. If you know how to group, single rider lines are almost useless.Getting rid of single rider would only increase the wait, since they only get a set when there is only 1 available.

My boyfriend was at DHS today around 7pm and he told me that he saw that the standby wait time for TSM was 380.
Ha! It is a full-day park after all.
Are you serious.
The most minutes I have seen for a wait was for EE which was 90 minutes.
I doubt this could be true though. Maybe they are having issues with the wait sign, it's only 10 days old.
Should make for some intresting schedules.
8:30 AM-Arrive at DHS
9:15 AM-Get Fastpass for TSM
9:30 AM-Go to Epcot for the day.
10:00 PM ride TSM.
Me I would not wait for anything for more than say 45 minutes.
I always have a laugh at Soaring, people waiting 1 1/2 to sit on a swing and watch a 10 minute IMax Film. No way.....
The ride has fast passes use them.
