Also of note, the substantial wall pointed out by @danlb_2000 above, appears to be featured in the bottom right of the original concept art.
I don't think that's the same wall as what is currently being poured. I imagine what they're doing in Bioreconstruct's photo is creating a retaining wall that they can fill with earth to the level of the storm drain beside it or something (unless that's not a storm drain, in which case I'm a dumb dummy). That structure in the original concept art looks like it might have been restrooms or something. There were paths under the PeopleMover behind Light & Power that seemed to allow access to it in the larger version of that artwork.

The full white Tron aesthetic looks great for MK.

It's interesting because the original concept art for MK had the same blue trim and gravity building as Shanghai, but they've clearly changed to white trim and gravity building in MK which matches Space a lot nicer.

They haven’t installed the trim yet, it may still be blue.

The canopy is technically the same I believe, but often looks blue in photos due to sky.

ETA:

Never mind, it is white.

It's the same wall, just looks like the other half of the form just wasn't in place yet.

I thought what was being said was that it was a wall from the now-defunct early concept, which it still doesn't seem to be to me. In the early art, there was no tunnel, just what appears to be a separate structure adjacent to the railroad tracks decorated in some of the same trim as the canopy. What this looks like to me now is a retaining wall that intersects with the train tunnel wall.

Ah, yes, went back and re-read that. I am not sure what is being shown in the corner of the concept art, it does look like another building but it's hard to tell for sure.
