As far as actual content goes no new rumors have really popped up, though for construction @roj2323 had an update in another thread:

Foundations are in for the TSL spinner. They just started work on the rollercoaster footings this week. Nothing going in for SWL just yet. SWL will be another month or two before we see anything going in on that project.

And honestly, while I know nothing about construction, with this work going on now they have to be further along than still 18-20 or so months away, right? (Well I mean that as in they should)

Putting rides aside, how does the level of detail / amount of theming going into this TSL seem to compare with HKDL's TSL and WDSP's TSPL?

Those existing versions seem to feature a lot of interesting props/"toys" strewn around. Maybe the concept art here is just too vague (perhaps because it displays a larger area), but this TSL actually looks like it might not have as much of that theming (e.g., as many of those props/"toys"). Does anyone have insight on this?

There definitely seems to be a lack of the "tall grass", in particular around slinky.

It probably means that someone stuck a pipe in the ground as a base measurement and someone else, with no idea whatsoever of what is going on, saw it and said, excitedly, oh, look, they have started building something from the ground up. At this point it means almost nothing.
