For those who are curious, Lilly was on display at Main Street Station on Monday.

She had 3 of her green 200 series coaches with her. (201, 202, and 203)

Not sure if they’re letting guest tour the cab or not. Assuming that whichever locomotive is out is brought in at night. Depending on the weather, I guess it’d be ok to leave it at Main Street overnight. As of now, CMs are saying the WDWRR will be closed for at least a year.

Very little. It's a slow period now but with Christmas right around the corner, MK will be packed as usual.

Is there no option to run the trains in reverse, back and forth around the unaffected track?
Maybe the driver view is impractical, or probably the signalling only supports clockwise operation?

It’s been done before. But updated operational safety standards would not allow it. Not to mention guest demand would make it a nightmare.

They've just spent so much time over the last couple years doing long refurbs and track work and finally getting Lily Belle back. A lot of work will need to be done again if those tracks and engines sit idle for 2 years.

They can still run them over to the barn, swap them out for display.

Certainly expecting too much but would be great if they finally did something to theme the overpass at the back of the track during this time.

I was thinking the same thing, but would be a very nice addition with some theme on the overpass. Maybe that would be a little extra they will do for The 50th Anniversary. I am with you probably expecting too much
