All this down time... I would have expected some sort of update or additions to the scenery of the ride itself.

I feel like this was a missed opportunity for Disney to have secretly kept the Energy Dinos and make a primeval world section of the ride. Shame.

I'm so glad the back half looks so much better behind Fantasyland. All the greenery and shrubs look to be cut back and the water isn't so murky. Long overdue. Its not so thick along the tracks.

In my opinion, it's too cut back. And the water typically isn't working in the winter. Don't worry muck lovers.... it'll be all gross and covered with algae by the time spring is over and summer begins.

For what they paid, we should have got Primeval World.
I mean, they had a bunch of extra AA dinos on site after August 2017.
If not in the Tron tunnel, than elsewhere on the line.

Despite as much as I love Primeval World, I don’t want a 2nd one. It’ll take some of the uniqueness away from the DLRR. Not to mention that if they did a Primeval World, it would be done half @$$ at best, and I would much rather have no Primeval World than a poorly executed one.

I forget Tokyo even has a railroad since it only has one station and doesn’t encircle the park.

It doesn't feel any shorter when you ride it and it still has a long stretch behind the Jungle Cruise were there isn't much to look at.

Far cry from Disneyland where you can still board for a roundtrip at park closing (usually midnight).
Just another example of how the “legendary service” at WDW has slipped lower and lower.

Same. And when I was their they had a three train operation even with only one station. I was impressed They could pull this off without any pauses for further traffic clearance.

I'm really hoping and wishing that they bring back the Behind the Steam Trains tour. It's been taken off their website but I can dream. We discovered it too late and was planning on doing that tour when everything returned to normal.

Absolutely magnificent to see the steam locomotives chugging around the Magic Kingdom again! I’ve seen other steam locomotives in the last 4 years but nothing compares to the WDWRR. I can’t explain what. There’s just something there.
