You don't think it's a little, um...painful?I LOVE WDW Space Mountain the way it is... I'll enjoy it as long as we have it in its current form.
What if they improve upon the existing attraction in such way that doesn’t take away from what it already is? Would you still love it then?I LOVE WDW Space Mountain the way it is... I'll enjoy it as long as we have it in its current form.
Me too. Just like a true v8 car engine, rough like you mean it and feel it, manual transmission and hydraulic power steering are my tastes, without all the bells and whistles crap, cars have today.I LOVE WDW Space Mountain the way it is... I'll enjoy it as long as we have it in its current form.
People mistake being surprised by a turn as jerky, which is fair when you’re used to ultra smooth like Mine Train and Everest. As far as old coasters go, it’s really not rough at all.I’m gonna be honest, I rode Space Mountain yesterday and I don’t get why everyone says it’s rough.
Rough? Thunder Road was rough, but I would gladly love to see it back I miss that Carowinds ride.I’m gonna be honest, I rode Space Mountain yesterday and I don’t get why everyone says it’s rough.
I think a lot of people that say it is rough have never ridden a wooden coaster before. Compared to those space mountain is super smooth.I’m gonna be honest, I rode Space Mountain yesterday and I don’t get why everyone says it’s rough.
Yes but how many people ride those wooden coasters yearly? Say a park like Carowinds or Six Flags Great America...maybe 1 million rides? Magic Kingdom brings in WAY more guests and their major rides do way more than a standard amusement park...and with the ridiculous amount of money they have on hand to build and refurbish rides compared to the chump change Six Flags or Cedar Fair shells out yearly...most guests EXPECT Disney’s rides to be far superior...and smoother.I think a lot of people that say it is rough have never ridden a wooden coaster before. Are those the big fins?Metal beams from the top of the TTA are coming down:
No it's the metal beams that run directly under the roof. In the second picture look to the left in the distance. That's what's gone on the right. Are those the big fins?
It was surprisingly smooth on my last visit. I was prepared for back injury and a possible shattered hip, but no, not bad at all.I’m gonna be honest, I rode Space Mountain yesterday and I don’t get why everyone says it’s rough.
