News Tomorrowland love

Spent a part of two days in Tomorrowland in this trip. It needs A LOT MORE love.

Given the stage constraints and all the other thoughts on "what makes sense", I think a better way to play this is to make a story of all the advancements that happened in the 20th Century.

Load - screens to show hardships of life in the 19th Century that link to what we will see (no running water, electricity, refrigeration...

then the time of rapid change:

1900's - 1920's - 1940's - 1960's

Wrap it up at unload with a screen show on where we are today:
Electricity enabled computing
Sustainability of water resources
etc.

A coherent and inspiring story.

Is that the spinning water globe they’re getting rid of? I always liked that. Although it does clutter a walkway.

Saw this yesterday (Sunday). Also saw the large 15ton fountain ball under a scrim also.

Really it's phase 2 because they repainted around (and on top) Monsters Inc a couple months ago too. But who knows how many phases there are to this land refurb.

Forgot to add but the removal of the "rocket" toy cart thing from in front of CoP too.

Not trying to constantly correct you, it's more of me trying to keep track of what's happening in TL. So when it's all said and done, we can look back on what's changed.

In that case, there's also been the new CoP paint job design, as well as the new color scheme for Rocket Tower Plaza

I wouldn't separate these into phases tho.

That does look like the spot where it usually is... You're probably correct.

Yes, that is the spot where it is at. Our kids have to always try to spin or stop it when we walk past it.

I hope this is just construction to keep it safe while other things go on, I would hate to see it go away. It doesn't take up any room, and always seems to have people want to touch it. ITs those small details that add to the park.
