Tinkerbell Meet and Greet?

If they did have a Tinkerbell Meet and Greet would she be life size?
I know it's been addressed in some previous posts but she does appear tiny in the Peter Pan movie but when sliding down the wire at the castle in the MK she's life size.
So what is 'life size'?

Would the costume be a problem since it's skimpy?

Oh honey, i'm not the all knowing one. I've just read the whole thread. But being in Walt Disney World Entertainment for 3 years kinda helps. Wouldn't you think?

Oh sweetie :)hurl: ), the poster you responded to was right. YOU are the only one that posted that this was in no way a fact. It was hardly a concensus on the entire thread.

And yes, I've read the whole thread.

It may very well be a rumor and not anything that will ever be. Even if you have been there for 3 whole years, it would be nice to hear what others working there have to say also. We've all learned that one post from someone who claims to be in the know hardly constitutes the bible on this stuff. Why be nasty about it???

First off, her legs are real. I am in WDW Entertainment, and all of that is real. Nothing fake.

Second, this has been a rumor since at least 2004. There will (as of right now) NOT be a room going into Toontown for a meet and Greet with Tink.

The movie HAS been scrapped due to the uproar over Tink talking.

If you want to see Tink, see her Fly before Wishes! or go to the Pirate/Princess Party to see her in the Parade :)

I really don't think size will be an issue for anyone. All of the characters like Mickey, Minnie even Buzz Lightyear or Remy should be tiny compared to full grown humans. No one seems to mind there...

BUt besides that, as long as shes good looking, i have no problem with this little meet n greet.:lol:

It would be cool in the meet and greet if it happens, that they could have like pixie dust falling at all times or something.

And, why would you have to ask peter pan now, just go to GR and say, peter pan told me i could get tinkerbells autograph, may i please have it. Since you already know someone else has done it. Just a thought, ill probably do this for my gf when we go in Dec.

Just a real quick comment but not about the Tink thing.

I'm new to this site as you can all tell from the annoying "just joined" by username. But I just wanted to say that some of the attraction/resort abreviations are way beyond me and I spend like 5 minutes trying to figure them out before I give up frustraited and exhasted....

Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating alittle bit, and I guess over time it'll become easier...but I got extremely excited I was when I figured out what HISTK was.

When you meet Lilo and Stitch, or Chip and Dale look at the size of them. Lilo is a little girl and Stich is even a smaller alien..........not to mention I have never seen chipmunks of that size. To make a long story short, I dont think size is an issue, at least thats what I tell my wife............lol!!

John Lassiter did not feel that it was up to "Disney Par" and had the release delayed to "Fix it". There may still be a chance to have a Tink M&G, but it all depends on the Franchise.
If they want to have a Tink M&G, tune in to Big Brother 8, she lives there now. Her alias is Danielle:ROFLOL: .

Yup. And, just to put the nail in the coffin, here's a press release from Disney just last week, re-iterating Fall 2008 release date:

I spend way to much of my time reading the threads so I know what you mean by the abreviations. Just keep reading, and the next thing you know, you'll be using the abreviations in conversation!

As I have searched the definiton of "culminate"; it states: "reaching the highest point; to climax, to a head". :shrug:
Of course , if enough Blonde, Anglo-Saon, female tweens make this a "BLOCKBUSTER HIT", then maybe.... maybe it will become a M&G. But the time it will take from the movie release (to ensure it's a HIT)to the opening of the M&G (It would take some time to build the whole "shrinking to Tink's size"), might weigh upon the hands of how it's recieved. I've seen the transient "now" characters in the park (Atlantis), and I would hate for them to spend alot of money on a "passing phase"( High School Musical?).

It's not happening anytime soon, and I can guarantee that. Honestly, if everyone wants to keep bumping this thread, then i'll just keep my mouth shut and keep all of the TRUE Entertainment rumors to myself then. Sorry for trying to set the record straight.
