Tinkerbell Meet and Greet?

We've pretty much established in the past 4 pages that they're not doing a meet and greet with Tink. Topic closed.

I'm not dead set against it, it's just that this has been a rumor since 2004 when I started in the company. Yes, I understand that the fairies are a huge marketing push for the company, but right now they just did a refurb in Toontown and who's still there? Princesses and VIP's. Believe me, I do believe that it will happen, just not anytime soon. And in the original post it says that they will be in Toontown.

You clearly don't want to believe that Tink and friends will be in WDW next year. That's fine. I don't know why you're so dead set against it, but I can tell you with complete and total certainty that WDW is getting her as well. The Disney Fairies is a huge global marketing push for the company, and it will involve both US resorts. There's simply no reason for it not too...and who said they were going to be in Toontown Fair?

And parades and parties are different from meet-n-greet characters, and when it comes to the major ones, both resorts always get both. WDW always gets the more obscure ones as well since DLR doesn't seem very interested in broadening their character collection. WDW has Marie, Clarice, Barbossa, the new Tremaine and Stepsisters and many more characters that DLR either has never had or just stuck in storage until the end of time. So if any new characters are added to the parks, WDW always gets them while DLR is usually shafted.

So if anything, WDW should have the Fairies and it should be iffy for DLR, but it's not. It's a definite go-ahead for both resorts. From what I understand, Tink is being looked over right now to make sure everything is good with her new park duds. I'm not sure where Iridessa, Fawn, Silvermist and Rosetta are in their journeys to the parks, but Tink has certainly progressed quite nicely from what I'm told. It's just a long flight from Pixie Hollow all the way to Walt Disney World.

In Summer 2005 Disneyland had John Smith, Pain and Panic, 3 Little Pigs, The Gargoyles from Hunchback, Quasimodo, Big Bad Wolf and Don Karnage out. Those characters hardly ever see the light of day at WDW. They also had the Queen of Narnia on set during the Holidays not just making a rare appearance in a "making of" tour like WDW. I think WDW goofed by not putting her out for pics like DL did. I think she went over very well at DL.

If and when Tink comes that is fine but that is going to be one huge line once the word gets out.

He said that in Mickey's Toontown fair where there is two lines in the tent one for the princesses and on for minnie and the pals. Well they are going to take out the princesses and make them a new room and the old room is going to be a fairy room with Tinkerbell and her fairy friends. He also said something about in the room they are going to have tinkerbell and her friends sit on like pedal leaves so it feels like they are actually that small. He also said something about in the room they are going to have tinkerbell and her friends sit on like pedal leaves so it feels like they are actually that small. That is what they guy said and he said they are looking in to it next spring and he looked pretty certain. There is also going to be a meet and greet Jack Sparrow like you said and you can find him near the Pirates and the Carribean ride. Everyone probably already know this but there is now a meet and greet Yoda from Star Wars. Yoda is a very hard character to find because he is so short. He is shorter than mouse height and that below 5 ft.

It currently is one room for the princesses, and 2 rooms for VIP characters.

It actually was going to be in one of the VIP rooms. But as of now that was scrapped.

Love the fake legs. Kinda funny they didn't try harder to make it no-so-noticeable.

They definitely are real.

That's because there isn't one. Yoda was an idea for Star Wars Weekends, but it never went through. There's been a Jack Sparrow meet and greet but only at Pirate/Princess Parties. I saw Jack doing a meet and greet near Liberty Square the other day, but that was for a specific reason that I won't say on here. Oh, and I think you meant, "He sounded pretty certain", not, "He looked pretty certain".

I saw him there on the 8th! But his line was already closed and me and my friend were on our way to the Dole Whip Stand. He looked amazing though.

Oh honey, i'm not the all knowing one. I've just read the whole thread. But being in Walt Disney World Entertainment for 3 years kinda helps. Wouldn't you think?

They're doing meet & greets with Tink & the other fairies which will also be face characters. At least that's the word from Tink
