Stone inlay in the queue area.
Nice touch.

That might well be Disney’s thinking but I see it differently.

Not that there’s anyway to test such a declaration BUT no matter how you slice it come June 28

B) Atraction reopens with whole new theme “Tiana”
C) attraction debuts as Tiana

As for the crowds expect pretty much the same demand for A, B or C
After a few days the demand will be pretty much the same. But since it’s been closed for so long I think there’s bound to be a bit of a rush at the start.

Nice view from the Liberty Belle just now….

If you look closely you can see some blue lighting inside the cave.
These are coloring changing from what I am seeing.

Mist is off at the moment.
No logs are operating just yet.
There was still a visable log jam, but it seems gone now.
Lots of construction vested gents around earlier, all is quiet at the moment.

I’m really confused by this picture. Where is that bridge? I don’t recall seeing it in any other photo.

That's the bridge you cross to actually get to the queue (and over to BTM). The boats flow underneath this bridge at the base of the big drop and around their curve before passing back under that bridge. That photo is taken from the Riverboat.

I was kinda shocked the waterfall was off on their announcement video. I like it much better with the waterfall on.

I’ll be curious to see when they decide to take BTMRR down given the fact that it’s better to have both it and TBA open for the first few months with Standby open. Perhaps they push BTMRR out later into 2024. It was originally a January 2025 closure.

Yes.

This isn’t a new ride so they’re just trying to manage the lines for the first few days.

So they are really going to have 2 VQ's at the same time? So you can only ride one or the other if you opt not to do G+? Is this the confirmed plan? Or is something else planned for both VQ's?

Risky, could take down the internet for the eastern US.

But seriously, there may be a tech hurdle involved, which means ut-oh spaghetti-o.

True story: on a trip a semi full of spaghetti-o caught fire and closed the freeway. Waited in line for hours. That phrase has had meaning ever since. Every time we're in a traffic jam we muse that they shouldn't transport spaghetti-o across state lines without a hazmat permit.

Here now in front of the Attraction, logs are being cycled through.
Good crowd here right now watching with me on the bridge.

Some of the logs are tagged with red tags attached to the ‘rope point’ on the back.
Not sure what the designation is for…but here is a quick snapshot -

Another observation -
The logs are stopping at the top of the lift hill.
Hesitating…just for a moment.
They are are not just tumbling over the lift as usual.

May just be the spacing settings, waiting for the prior log to get out of the clearance range, but wanted to note it.
Every single log is stopping at the top…as if it might be a part of the experience now.

Two Imagineers just rode by with camera equipment set up in one of the logs.
