I think since they're leaning heavily into the food themeing of it all that the re-them of Pecos Bill is a no brainer. I mean it will probably literally be called Tiana's Foods with that same logo on the construction walls and everything. Mini New Orleans land sounds fine to me

Considering its in cajun country it could be just about anything whether it be from the land, the sea, or even something that flies. If its got meat and doesn't taste horrible even after spices then its on the menu.

Very excited about this and it seems pretty well thought out, story-wise. It doesn't hurt that my 4 year old daughter LOVES Tiana.

Now, can anyone tell me if they are there yet with the construction?
