I mean, Tiana's Palace is intended to be freshly refurbished according to the story. As for Bayou Adventure, the tiara at least is supposed to be newly placed and the logo just painted. The tower itself, however, is probably supposed to be a pre-existing older structure based on the moss growing up the tank stand, so it could probably stand to be roughed up a bit.

That said, I'm not entirely sure that's just how it's done now ... Plenty of the repainting in World Showcase has included aged finishes, even in completely new areas like the Ratatouille courtyard.

They aged the ship at Guardians after installation.
I'm hoping that's the case with this water tower.

I'm actually digging this new silhouette for the mountain. It doesn't look anywhere near as flat as what was originally featured in the renders they released a couple months ago, which is great.

It could go either way imo. I could see a Tiana and Naveen as Frog's for the weather vane. I could also see Disney going no one cares about a weather vane and leave it empty.

Yeah it does, and they are adding the cap to it so actual hill/Mtn will be slightly taller

It looks a little smaller, but now they're adding more rockwork to the top so I think it'll be the same
