I've yet to ride (only watched videos) so my opinion is subjective but the Boothill Boys definitely seemed to have contributed to the overall emotional appeal on the lift hill more than just fog.

And the plot is….to shrink us down in order to get small enough to then gather a frog band to take to the party of humans.
Said frog band would be impossible to hear by the humans at the party so there is no need to gather them.
The entire “plot”, let alone of this significant section, of this major attraction is idiotic and truly embarrassing for WDI and their defenders.
Hey, maybe next time, we can get an insect band to entertain the party!!!

You can hear insects playing one of the songs outside after the drop.
Which I would put down as a very cute and charming touch if Splash Mountain didn't do it first with bees.

What’s even more embarrassing for this “adventure” is that over two minutes of ride time is dedicated to the “hunt for the frog band” shrinking/unshrinking nonsense.
I would say the infantile “plot” is for toddlers, but I don’t want to insult the intelligence of toddlers.

Well even the re theme to Tiana is not as bad as Rocket Rods in DLR which was a failure that also destroyed the people over track and folks don't talk about it much today, so there is hope.

OMG Rocket Rods! I was living in CA when all of that happened... What a sad conclusion... What a terrible ride...glad I got to experience it a few times during it's 6 month run.... (it outlasted the pavement lighting in the new Epcot core... ) It could have been very cool....then that expected budget cuts hit and cancelled all of the planned show scenes... All of them....every bit.... all that was left was coffee cans (literally) with holes punched in them over light bulbs to make a star effect and chasing popcorn light strings... truly terrible... and under Eisner, Pressler and Harris. Unbelievable that there is no going back and restoring the people mover.... Which is what I am concerned about with this "Cars" thing forever changing the face of the magic Kingdom...once it is done there is no going back when the budget cuts take all the substance out of the "Carsland Further West" addition happens....which will probably also kill the Villains Land...
So 20 years later the unusable track and loading station sits there, decaying in the California sun... The Rocket Jets long gone with their motor system just sitting at the top and their Astro Orbiter sitting on the ground next to the hub.....

Oh boy. Well its not unreasonable to be worried that the Cars attraction could be WDW's Rocket Rods.
I hate to think it, but with todays Disney, you never know.
Look at what they did to EPCOT....

watch Disneyland's be far superior, they have had time for reworking to some degree. We are probably stuck with the inferior "good enough half baked" once again.

“Par,” in golf parlance, is typically gauged based on 1) distance from tee to hole, and 2) terrain and obstacles. Since both rides are the same length and traverse the same terrain, TBA is technically “on par” with the previous ride.
The same way a par 4 at your local municipal golf course is “on par” with a par 4 at Augusta National.
(I'd never equate any hole locally with a hole at Augusta, though.)

that’s the thing though not everybody thinks it does and it just kind of sucks that there are people who do enjoy it that are gonna have to be hit by this forever. Even in this very thread, there are people that are getting treated differently or is if they’re stupid because they like a ride.

Mission Space replaced Horizons
, no one wanted this, and there is REAL HATE for Mission Space.I miss Horizons but the Mission Space haters do not stop me from enjoying Mission Space.
Look at the destruction of EPCOT that took over 5 years. Its not going to stop me from visiting.
As for Tiana, it is what it is, I will still ride it.

I doubt it. It'll still have the same weak plot, ugly CGI animation, limited motion animatronics, and off-model Tiana.
