I never ventured out to the Shades of Green parking deck to check the fireworks, but we definitely heard them. I’d actually check to make sure if I hear it again tonight.

I don’t think we would be able to hear Epcot pyro all the way from the Shades.
Epcot really isn't that far from SOG.

The only thing missing is Jiminy Cricket...

I don’t need that old crickets narration
- time for something new.

Again, HEA is a fine show. Maybe it will come back, or maybe this Enchantment thing will be so good that no one cares. My point was that I don't understand how HEA has been around long enough to build nostalgia. We're not talking about the end of ROE.

I would honestly be shocked if they do announce any new parade day or night Before the D23 event. I know it’s a one gets announced regardless, but Disney is not going to announce everything before this event. I’d love to be wrong on this thinking as it will stink to wait until 2022 or 2023 for a parade. But, better late than not at all I guess.

Agreed. And honestly I think HEA was popular because it was actually good, not just because it was new. I absolutely loved Wishes (still do), and I think HEA is the superior show. I think if people actually gave HEA a chance instead of being sour that it replaced Wishes, they could maybe see that. I’d also like to point out that prior to the announcement of its closing, many on this forum were very vocal about how much they disliked Wishes and that it overstayed its welcome. Funny how quickly that changed when it was replaced.
as soon as disney announces something's closing, it automatically becomes everyone's favorite thing in the whole wide world and them closing it is the greatest affront to walt since bob iger

manufactured nostalgia

that’s not entirely accurate.
The problem is “replacements” instead of ads which is the Ops problem.

people are mad and they don’t actually realize why?

I heard more fire working testing at the Shades of Green last night. If it wasn’t for a headache I would’ve checked it out as previously promised.
