Olympus

Olympus-

After passing the beach side setting, you arrive at the entryway into this Hercules-themed world. You spot the huge Mount Olympus found in the land. You pass through the golden archway and enter into the land.

Thebes- You find yourself in the bustling metropolis, that is always plagued by a series of incidents. The town completely surrounds Mount Olympus. As you walk through the town, on your right, you'll find The Big Olive, a the lands premiere restaraunt. You might want to stop in the gift stores, as well. On you right, you'll find the Thebes Mercantile. And on your left, you'll find the Olympus Treasures and the Goddess of Gifts store.

In a large marble coliseum found in the town, you'll find Hercules: A Muse-ical, a stage show based on the movie. If you take a right, you'll come out of the town and find a large stone wall, with a gaping crack in the middle. If you enter through, you'll find The Hydra, an extreme thrill ride. It's a roller coaster that takes guests on an up close journey with the legendary hydra.

If you continue straight from the entracne, you'll arrive at the base of Mount Olympus, where Zero to Hero is located. Zero to Hero is a dark ride based on the Hercules story. The ride actually takes place in the mountain itself.

However, if you turn to the left of the mountain and continue straight, you'll arrive at a dark spiraling staircase that leads down below the earth.

The Underworld- You pass down the stairs and onto a dark area of land. The area is completely surrounded by a green river of souls. The river also flows ahead of you, towards a giant skull passage. To your left, you'll find the Fates Fortunes, an area which serves as both a restaraunt and a gift shop.

Also to your left, you'll find the Underworld Challenge, a thrill ride that takes guests through Hades' clutches and back. They move on a fast-paced journey through the underworld, encounter Cerberus, and meet with Hades himself. To your right, you'll find The Hades Cup, an interactive attraction, where guests can design their own monsters and put them in a fighting match against other creatures, such as the Cyclops, the Titans, Medusa, Hades, etc. The fighting match is played by pressing a series of buttons to perform combat moves.

Back at the pathway that surrounds the lagoon, you'll come across the next land, China.

I really like your Olympus idea. When I was thinking a land similar to this for my Disney's AniNation park, I had a hard time trying to think of ideas. Great Job! Can't wait to see what is next.

Thank you Disneyson and Mater for the comments!

China-

You arrive at a Chinese-styled archway. Chinese writing lines the walls of the archway. A pair of golden dragons sit upon the top of the archway. After passing through, you find yourself in a beautiful Chinese courtyard. Beautiful tiered buildings form a circle and lovely blossom trees are aligned in two rows. On your left, you'll find Yong Feng Shangdian, a chinese emporium, and Wonders of China, which both offer a huge assortment of merchandise. Next to the shops, you'll find Mushu's Fire Fast Food stand.

On your right, you'll come across the Nine Dragons Chinese cuisine restaraunt. You'll also find the House of Wispering Willows, an exhibit of ancient Chinese art and artifacts. Directly ahead of the entrance, you'll come across a beautiful lily-pad fountain with blossoming lotus flowers. Ahead of the fountain, is a pathway that leads up to the Emperor's Royal Palace. Inside the palace, you'll find Mulan: Wonders of the Warrior, a walk through attraction that features statues, scenery and effects to tell the story.

To the left of the palace, you'll find a icy mountain setting. The mountain coincidentally block out Mount Olypus from view (and vice versa) .Here, you'll find the Chinese Bullet Train. The train leads into a mountain, which is connected to the loading station. After the train enters the mountain, it only goes a few feet through. Then, video screens that make up the windows come to life, showing solid video of a Chinese landscape making it seem as though you're riding across China. Even though the train is not moving, it occasionally vibrates and shifts to enhance the effect of motion.

After leaving China, you come across the next land: Andalasia.

Andalasia-

Andalasia-

After passing through a small forest, you arrive at the gateway into the beautiful kingdom seen in Enchanted. Before passing through the gates, you'll notice on your left, Pip's Tree Stump Stand, a small snack stand. You pass through the gates, and find yourself wrapped within the walls of the kingdom. Directly ahead, you'll find Giselle's Enchanted Carousel, a double-tiered carousel. To the left, you'll find Prince Edward's Royal Chambers, a Meet & Greet restaraunt. The reastaraunt is connected to the Giselle's Gifts and More gift store.

On the right of you, you'll find a beautiful fountain. Occasionally, the image of the evil queen, Narissa, appears. Behind the fountain is the Enchanted Apparel gift store.

Directly ahead, you'll find an enchanted wishing well. The well uses a fog screen waterfall that falls from a balcony to the ground. Projectors light up tricking water paterns onto the fog. After passing through the well, you arrive into a large theater. This is where Into the Well, an "enchanted" 3-D spectacle takes place. You follow Giselle on a journey down the well and folow her to a mystical land known as New York City.

Leaving the kingdom, you pass back out through a small forest and arrive into an African plain, known at the Pridelands.

Pridelands

Pridelands-

You arrive on a desert plain. The land's centerpiece is Pride Rock. There is a rocky mountain base that surrounds the land. There are larhe beautiful trees that sprout up from beneath the ground. While approaching the rock formation, you'll find The Gorge and the African Plain gift shops, and the Hakuna Matata Cafe. At the base of the rock, you'll find the entrance into Zazu's Flight, a 3-D show where guests literally fly off Pride Rock, along with Zazu, as he takes you on a tour of the African sarrengetti. In a cavern to the right of the entrance, guests will find the Festival of the Lion King.

Off to the left of the rock, you'll come across a grassland area. The Grassland Greenery Cafe is located here. Next to the cafe, you'll find Timon and Pumbaa's African Safari. A ride that was once propsed for Adventureland that has now found a home here! On this ride, you board jeeps with your hosts, Timon and Pumbaa, and you set of on an amazing adventure. You encouter rare species of animals, get chased by a crowd of cackling hyenas. and nearly fall of a cliff. Next to the grasslands, you notice a barren pathway.

Elephant Graveyard- You arrive into the barren wasteland where the hyenas live. The Elephant Graveyard serves as a interactive play area. Guests can climb atop the elephant bones, excavate their own bones, and hear the hyenas cackle from within the elephant's skull. Within the misty, unkept area, you'll also find the Barren Wasteland gift shop and the Elephant Skull restaraunt.

After exiting out of the desert plains, you'll come across a currently being-constructed settlement. You've arrived at the Indian Grounds.

Indian Grounds-

Wow looks awesome so far! I do recoomend one thing though, I think the Quasimodo Bell Tower would make a good TOT type attraction, IMO.

Thanks. As for a TOT ride in Quasi's Bell Tower, I think it's too much of a thrill ride for the type of settiing the ride is in.

Indian Grounds-

Upon arriving at the entrance, you find yourself at a constucted settlement, on the shores of Virginia. A large wooden ship floats on a sea bank at the entrance.

Jamestown- The area is surrounded by high wooden barracades, protecting the inside village. The area has an eating area, The Virginia Co., which features an outdoor marketplace and seating. The Settlers Sale and the Virginia Emporium are the gift stores in the area. You exit the settlement through the northern gate.

Indian Village- You pass through a pinetree forest and arrive at the camping site of an Indian tribe. In the village, you'll find the Sunshine Seasons restaraunt. Directly ahead of the village, Just Around the Riverbend, a log flume ride, takes you on a ride-along story of Pocahontas, featuring a 60 foot drop! To the left of the village, you'll find a alcove theater, where Pocahontas and Her Forest Friends takes place. It features live animal performers. It is a similar show to DAK's.

To the right of the village, you'll enter Grandmother Willow's Tree Grove. The audio-animatronic show includes a talking Grandmother Willow, along with many other AA forest animals, as she invites guests to listen to the wonderful story of Pocahontas. Behind the tree grove, you'll find Meeko's River Rapids, a wild rapid ride down a fast-flowing river, alongside Pocahontas.

(I'm thinking about possibly adding a fifth park to the resort. I haven't decided anything yet, but I just have so many ideas that could work in this fifth park.)

Entertainment-

Ariel's Enchanted Celebration- A show that takes place on the lagoon. It features live character actors on floats moving across the lagoon. The show takes place the day of Ariel's wedding, as the human and the undersea world are getting ready for the glorious celebration. It has a similar feel to Tokyo DisneySEA's show.

King of Pride Rock- A show that takes place on Pride Rock, as puppeteers re-enact the famous opening sequence from the Lion King, when Rafiki raises Simba up to the entire Kingdom.

Walt Disney's World of Color- A large-scale nighttime spectacular, that features large Bellagio-style fountains, projections, LED lighting, and other amazing special effects. The show features many different characters coming to life, along the huge water fountain effects that appear within the lagoon. There are no pyrotecnics included in the show. With the use of dramatic lighting and a wonderful score, this makes for one must see performance!

Go with something sort of like Epcot, I've got a lot of ideas for that, you don't have to, just thought that would be a easy one.:)

Yeah, I had an idea to kind of combine Epcot, MK, DAK, and a little bit of DisneySEA into one park, but have it be completely original. It won't copy off the other parks, just have a similar feel to it.

Ok. Here's a lsit of all the attractions I'm currently going to describe. I'll probably post some drawings along with them. If you want to see an attraction described that's not on the least, PM me and I'll add the new attraction to the least, as well.

- Monsters Inc.- Creatures Unleashed
- Cars Raceway Rally
- The Great Muppet Ride
- The Backlot Tour
- The Sea Witch's Wrath
- The Nightmare Before Christmas
- Oogie's House of Trix
- Maleficant's Forbidden Tower
- Cruella DeVil's Car Chase
- Kingdom Hearts
- Beauty and the Beast
- Escape the Witch
- Zero to Hero
- Timon and Pumbaa's African Safari
- Just Around the Riverbend

Ok, that's the current list. I might also do Fantasmic! and World of Color. Remember, I'm taking requests, so don't forget to PM if you want any attraction done. It doesn't matter which one you choose. It can be a show, classic Disney ride, a new ride, anything!

(And I still don't know if I'm continuing on with the fifth park thing. I'll think about it.)

Monsters Inc.- Monsters Unleashed!

Fist off, here's some computer made concept art.

http://forums.wdwmagic.com/album.php?albumid=291&pictureid=2831

Not too detailed and the colors warped on the right side, so I had to fix that. Follow along with the below description to help better illustrate the idea.

Monsters Inc.- Monsters Unleashed!-

The Exterior and Queue- The Exterior of the attraction is the large Monster Headquarters seen in the movie. At the entracne, there is a large "M" that features an eye in the middle, which occasionally blinks. Once inside the queue, you'll move past yellow scream canisters, enticing guests to scream as loud as they can! To the right of the queue, you'll find Roz at her desk, interacting with the audience. You turn the corner and arrive at the loading area. You get in the vehicle and set off.

Celia's Front Desk- You pass through the next room in the headquarters. To your right, you'll find Celia, at her desk, reminding Mike of their date tonight. On the left, you'll find various doors of all shapes and sizes. Red lights above the door light up, indicating that there is some scaring going on from within the door.

Monstropolis Streets- You exit the headquarters and arrive onto the busy streets. Sully, Mike and Boo look out from behind one of the buildings. As the guests move foward, Randall (who's invisible) appears in front of the building, searching for Boo. At the end of the street, you reach Mike's house.

Mike's House- You enter Mike's House. On the left side of you, you see Mike and Sully looking shocked at Boo's appearance. On the right side, you see Boo disguised as a monster, making loud monster noises. To her left, lies a t.v. with a monster newscaster broadcasting the destruction made by a small human child. You exit the house and arrive at a restaraunt.

Mike's Date with Celia- You arrive into a Japanese-styled eatery, as monsters move crazily about. Boo stands atop of a table, making fierce monster noises. The monsters look on in terror. Paintings and props along the wall swerve, and move as if they're going to fall down, caused by all the havoc that's going on. Celia shreiks at Mike, across the room, for ruining their date.

The Doorchase- You re-enter the monster headquarters, as Randall and Waternoose lie directly ahead, They open up a door, which you go flying into. This is where the roller coaster part takes place. It has a similar feel to the Crush's Coaster section. This part takes place in the dark, as thousands of doors move along overhead an to the sides. You fly past the doors, going up and down hills. Sully and Mike are overhead with Boo, as Randall tries to reach out to them. As you turn into the next scene, Boo continuously smacks Randall, as he changes color.

Boo's Door- You arrive into the final scene, Boo's room, which is completely decorated in pink with purple flowers. Mike, Sully, and Boo stand in front of Boos' pink door, waving goodbye to the guests, at they pull into the unloading station. Guests exit the vehicles and follow the pathway that leads to the exit of the building.

Well, I posted the idea, but I haven't created any art. Would you want me to make a ride layout picture?
