Oh, no! Is there a 1920s dress code at this place? Seems like that would limit your clientele somewhat.

lol

that third photo seems rather modern compared to the look of some of the other buildings

Even though they list this as part of the Landings, could it be the STK Orlando. It appears to have an open area on top that was mentioned "roof top dining" and STK else where are very modern looking.

Although yes, it looks like this will be nice, I'm not getting much out of this concept art. This looks like something you could see anywhere. I am not seeing a single touch of Disney "magic" or uniqueness anywhere. If you blind folded me and dropped me off in those pictures, I'd never guess I was in WDW.....until I saw DVC kiosk.

Maybe the end result will be different.

Edit - Did they already remove Genie from the roof of WoD?

Looking at the colour-coded map that shows new bars and eateries as brick red, new shops as pink etc, this looks like a new restaurant, and a pretty glitzy one at that!

Is it wrong that when I first saw this image, I compared it to the Polynesian Resort Lobby and wondered how it was a mall shows more water in its fountain than that which replaced the Poly's oasis?

I think one of the reasons that Disney is putting additional up scale stores in this area is to sale to visitors from out of county. When I am in the shopping centers in Orlando I see a lot of people filling suit cases with stuff to take home. Why not move that shopping onto Disney property?
