The website for the Jurassic World theme park is up. Amazing details so far, even if it is incomplete.

Nice trailer.
You can really see the heavy influence of the Disney Theme Parks ( particularly Animal Kingdom ) in the designs seen for the fictional 'Jurrassic World' Park.
At least, it really seemed obvious to me.
Pretty cool.

Looking forward to seeing the new 'Jurrassic' film.
I have enjoyed all three films, although #2 had some silly bits, but #3 being a big surprise as i was not expecting much.

There will be good guys and bad guys. The rumor I keep hearing is that the....

...Emporer did not die in RotJ. We never saw him actually die but we assumed he died because he fell with all that lightning around him. If he did happen to survive, he apparently was rescued, "repaired" Darth Vader style, and set a new course in putting his Empire back together. Forty years later, he's back and meaner than ever!

So, that's what I've heard. Sounds plausible but may be utter fan banther...
considering the revived a few times in the dark horse comics and was supposed to bet he ultimate " bad boss".. I would not be surprised if that happens(aha him surviving in the comic).

Those tv shows are garbage, I wish they would have thrown them off but when Lucas has his hand that far in them it's impossible. Some of the games were amazing plot lines. It's a real shame.
funny.. because the clone wars were very well received.

or are you a proclaimed "connoisseur" of star wars? (aka those who hate everything but the main branch, aka the main movies)

It's legit. It's popping up on official youtube pages and it was apparently ripped right from itunes. It's composed of new scenes not ripped from prior movies or video games, and the new actors are present (in fact it doesn't even show any of the original trilogy actors in this trailer). There's also elements present seen from prior leaks including new costume and weapon designs.

Thanks, @Mike S !!

As usual the MK looks packed and AK looks empty. Nice shots there, though, the tree looks good. I'm hoping the light it with those itty bitty twinkle lights for the night show....and switch up the light colors for some depth. I'm sure they will do it.

Are the cars still banging together on the people mover?
I don't know I never really felt like the People Mover cars were crashing into each other. Also you're welcome.
I think this is it (doesn't look fake)-

Awesome :)

Yeppers. I'm.... Disappointed

It reminds me of TPM too much. We keep going back to Tatooine... LucasFilm needs to take its head out of the sand!!!!

I assume we go back to Tatooine because that's where Luke and the old gang retire and raise kids. Realistically, why would they want to return to that desert, after yearning to leave it most of his (Luke's) life. Why would Han and Leia ever go back after what they went through with Jaba? I would not want to return somewhere that would haunt me with bad memories of the past! They've seen the Galaxy and what it has to offer and I'm sure anything is better than Tatooine!

Unless there's a story element that requires them to go back. Or we find out that Luke has a cousin there that we didn't know about...

I dunno. It's definitely not shot like Phantom Menace or any of the other prequels. Lots of parallel tracking shots, on-stage lighting, real locations...
Other than the conspicuous lack of lens-flare, it looks a lot more like the two recent Star Trek movies than any Star Wars movie.

Go back to my message you quoted. I added to it.

I like it. I am almost 100% sure Tatoonie will be the land at DHS.
What I like is the set up for the falcon.
a battle between the dark and the light...cue the falcon. The shot means for at least one more time, Han, Luke, Leia, Chewbacca will be called upon to fight against the dark side until the torch is passed to the new generation. (The two new characteers at the start of the film).

Falcon gave me chills....you know (speculation) one or all of the older generation will die in this film. Done right, could be very emotional. Hope the new cast is up to the task for holding the torch. Han, Luke, Leia...hard to replace.

looks good to me. Nice tease. No real plot lines exposed. Seeing the Falcon flying again was very cool.
The first frames of actual footage is what through me off. After watching it a few more times and paying attention to the rest of it, I suppose you're right... I'm still having trouble seeing past my Tatooine hang up, but that's more of a personal problem... Lol

It's a 1 min 30 sec trailer. It's not the greatest thing I've ever seen, but I didn't expect much since the film does come out for more than a year.

Really every planet they went to had bad stuff happening or harsh climates. "Spoiler" but I thought jaba died in episode 6? There's not much left on that planet and maybe that's where luke wants to retire. It would also fit the Star Wars theme of "your destiny" since that's probably where the new cast learns about the force, just like Anikan and luke.

I would hold off on judgement as to how much it compares to TPM at least until the full length trailers and the plot synopsis.

This is exactly what a TEASER trailer is supposed to do. Raise questions, answer virtually nothing.
