Question for all you Pixar theorists:Y’all remember that conversation about the Pixar Theory a while back? Turns out, there’s been a wild new update that I’ve heard. A new theory that actually makes a ton of sense.
Essentially, the theory states that whenever Jack-Jack teleported to an alternate dimension in Incredibles 2, he was really time traveling to the same location but centuries and centuries later. This time period that he teleported to just happens to be the age of the Monster World. We can assume this because of these line spoken by Monstropolis locals View attachment 522774
These seem to be outlandish claims made up by attention-seeking citizens at first glance but all line up with aspects of Jack-Jack’s power set.
This is also extremely ironic because even though I’ve only been on the forum since April, this post marks that I also have...
I just realized that this marks the 1,000th post in this thread rather than the 1,000th thing I’ve posted...This is also extremely ironic because even though I’ve only been on the forum since April, this post marks that I also have...View attachment 522775
That’s what my profile says anyway
Omg that was a project I worked on..
Ps sorry I've been drinking with coworkers and management
This was a beautiful project that I'm so proud off. Maybe not best work but top 5.
The presentation was based off the Swiss pavilion documentation that was shown on *****.
I, like the rest of my team, would be glad to answer questions about it.
Ny theory, Land of the Dead is for your body (bones) and The Great After is for your soul/spirit.Question for all you Pixar theorists:
Coco and Soul how do both afterlifes coexist? Do people that celebrate Dia De Los Muertos never go to The Great After unless they’re forgotten? Or is their death enough for their soul to be deattached even though the dead still had their dreams and ambitions?
Or if you in the Land of the Dead ur soul is gone, and if this is the case how did Terry react when Miguel’s soul was slowly loading up and then poof vanished at the last second?
Follow-up question: what happens when the person is forgotten completely, as seen with Hector's friend? Does the soul of the forgotten person move on to The Great After or do they die a second, more permanent death?Ny theory, Land of the Dead is for your body (bones) and The Great After is for your soul/spirit.
Land of the Dead is filled with your human personalities and memories people have of your character while your soul moves on
I would say sidekicks of Timon and PumbaaQuestion of the Day
Who is your favorite Disney sidekick?
I'd say the person (body) is forgotten but the souls all move on. The land of the dead to me is the personalities of those bodies/people but the soul has already moved on to The Great AfterFollow-up question: what happens when the person is forgotten completely, as seen with Hector's friend? Does the soul of the forgotten person move on to The Great After or do they die a second, more permanent death?
Ray from Princess and the Frog. Gonna Take You There is iconic and his character is just so fun.Question of the Day
Who is your favorite Disney sidekick?
LeFou. For an ego-obsessed villain like Gaston, he's the perfect silly subordinate.Question of the Day

Stepping into a bit more of a niche land. One people might be less familiar with. Hong Kong Disneyland's Phase 2 expansion was made up of three mini-lands. Mystic Point which was centered around one E-Ticket attraction (the beloved Mystic Point). Toy Story Playland which was a collection of flat rides. And Grizzly Gulch, another land centered around a single E-Ticket and a play area.
This land serves as a mix of Grizzly Peak in DCA and Frontierland. A mining town full of bears centered around a large bear shaped mountain! As part of Hong Kong Disneyland's Phase 3 expansion, lets try to round this mini-land out into more of a fully fledged land. Here is an interactive map if you'd like to take a look at it.
The goal is to add 1 new attraction.
There already is an E-Ticket. So, let's try to go for more of a C/D-Ticket to balance it out!
Imagineers during this practice prompt you may use one to two sentences, and one image. Good luck and remember KISS: Keep it simple, silly
I think it’s gotta be Kronk.Question of the Day
