Disney owns the rights to Arrested Development's first 3 seasons.
Seasons 4 and 5 really soured the cast's view of the filming it partly because Ron Howard became very difficult to work with and the shoots became a nightmare. Which then raised tensions among the cast. Especially with Jeffrey Tambor or was growing into more and more of an egotistical jerk as time went on.
So, forget Ron Howard. Make him just producer/narrator but get the Russos (who have a great working relationship with Disney and seem to be a joy to work with and were instrumental in the success of the first three seasons) to actually be showrunners.
The Russos already have Easter Eggs implying that Arrested Development exists in the Marvel Universe.
So...
Marvel's Arrested Development
A show detailing how the cast and characters of Arrested Development's lives have changed since the Attack on New York in 2012. Mostly ignoring seasons 4 and 5 for legal reasons.

George Bluth is in a SHIELD prison for trying to sell and Infinity Stone and Citari artifacts to Nebula (Important to note: He never had any alien stuff and thought he could pretend like some of george Michael's old toys in the attic were real alien tech and by the time Nebula realized it was a scam she'd be half way across the galaxy). That keeps the actor away from the main cast and puts him back in prison like Season 1 which was the best role for him in the show. Plus, Coulson could cameo interacting with him.
Tobias gets mistaken for someone in Nebula's alien crew since he just blue himself and gets caught up in a space adventure he has no interest in and barely is aware is happening. He mostly thinks he got cast in some sort of guerilla flash mob theater type thing. Eventually winding up in one of the Collector's cages (setting up his cameo in Infintiy War)
Gob thinks that the best way to launch his magic career is to have people think that he is a hero himself. And so, with the help of George Michael and often Buster, he keeps trying to stage things to make him look like an Avenger or showing up right after big battles from the movies to try to take credit. After Doctor Strange appears he tries to break into the Sanctum and when that doesn't work he just gets a fake goatee and tries to claim that he is the Sorcerer Supreme and will save the day with his illusions! Buy his VHS tape of his illusions! But then runs into an actual villain and the real Strange has to save him.
Maeby is scamming her way into internships where she does nothing at both Stark Industries and Hammer Tech. Much like her movie studio job but this time with lazer guns. Of course, she gets way over her head and accidentally inspires Mysterio to become evil. Eventually shield takes not of her and Black Widow (or a less expensive cameo) recruits Maeby for her infiltration skills as well as to recover all the intel she's gotten from all the family's various plots in this show. She trades all she knows as leverage to get George released and get someone to rescue Tobias (Someone can ask Capt. Marvel post-snap). Thus tying everything back together in the end.
Another idea:
Community the Movie
Streaming is becoming more and more important and Disney is looking to expand. With Spiderman, they already have a good relationship with Sony. And Sony doesn't have the clout needed right now t launch their own service. So, get a deal going with Sony for a streaming partnership for the expanded Disney+/Hulu/Star.
One of the first big project to help launch it would be a Community Movie. Thus fulfilling the long awaited prophecy of #SixSeasonsAndAMovie
Plus, more Russos.
Men in Black and Ghostbusters could also be great IP to use in this deal. Same with Jumanji. And the ability to add the spider-man movies to the mcu collection on disney+
