Do you think we look alike? As kids people thought we were twins. However, I never did see it. She looks just like my Dad. Me? Not so much.So sweet to see your smiling sister faces in pictures!! Thanks for taking the time to do this!

THURSDAY APRIL 13, cont
As soon as the fireworks ended I grabbed my sister and said lets go! Maybe it is a sister thing, or a trust thing but she just hustled. Didn’t ask why or where. When we had finally made it to the Contemporary monorail platform I explained how the monorail comes from MK. And after fireworks it usually comes full. It’s best to be on that first monorail after fireworks.
We had a fairly empty cabin so we discussed our plan for the next day. I briefly explained Genie+ and ILL’s and told her the rides we wanted to accomplish and how we could do that. She said we should just get the G+ because how many times will we be here together.
She was right. I know she was but I really hate being extorted by TWDC.
As soon as the fireworks ended I grabbed my sister and said lets go! Maybe it is a sister thing, or a trust thing but she just hustled. Didn’t ask why or where. FRIDAY APRIL 14, 2023
We woke up early and I purchased the stupid G+
Yeah, I know! Highway robbery!!!
Then this…
I stood out on our balcony and it was funny to see some others outside wandering around looking for more bars. (No, not those kind of bars @wdisney9000 )
We brought all our stuff out to her car and I used the feature on MDE to check out of our Grand Floridian room.
Then we monorailed to MK.
We arrived before early entry and waited. We dissected MK’s early entry procedure. In a nut shell we hate it. People are all mushed together, jockeying for a spot, pushing, elbowing, hitting each other with strollers or ecv’s. OK, I exaggerate, a bit but the point is, the guests in this mess are starting their day in a really bad way. A better solution would be to let the guests in and let them line up at the attraction of their choice. Let us wait there, in line, in an orderly stress free line.
We elbowed and pushed our way to 7DMT. The wait said 85, I explained how DISNEY INFLATES THEIR WAITS SO PEOPLE WILL BUY G+ AND ILL’s. If you learn one thing today, let it be this.
40 quick minutes later..
Still waiting on the ride photos.
As for the G+ I forgot to mention I had booked Space Mountain at 7:00 because my sister really wanted to do it and that line is so boring..
After 7DMT we went to Big Thunder and had a hoot squishing each other on the turns. Felt like rope drop
Then we went to Pirates because the app was showing a 20 minute wait but when we got there they were opening the outside overflow queue and the wait had jumped to over an hour. Instead we got Dole Whips (“what is that?” my sister asked
) and watched the Tiki room show. It is an old favorite of ours from when we were little girls at Disneyland. We talked about which birds were our favorites and which parts scared us. I told her how I thought the rain scene was real and could never understand why it was dry when we left the theater. Although, at WDW sometimes you do exit to a rain storm or wet ground.
Then haunted mansion
…insert ride photo I never got here…
Then an oldy but a goody….
It looks brighter. Fresher. Small World is looking good!

I feel the same way about Genie+ and we hardly ever buy it but when you're going with family/friends that you will probably never get back there with then you got to suck it up to make the most of your day.
I see the resemblance between you and your sister now! Your matching shirts are adorable. Great start to your day so far!

While in the traffic jam that is the a Small World load/unload zone, I mobile ordered us a kids pepperoni flat bread from Pinocchio Village house to share.
Then we were off to ride SM.
Then Buzz…
We knew our Tron BG was getting close so we wanted to stay in the area. The people mover was a really long wait and rain was on it’s way. Instead we did CoP…
and came out to a torrential downpour️
While in the traffic jam that is the a Small World load/unload zone, I mobile ordered us a kids pepperoni flat bread from Pinocchio Village house to share.
Then we were off to ride SM.

We put our ponchos on and got in the now really short PM line. It was only filled with those wise enough to bring ponchos
While on line our Tron BG got called. I know they have been strict about the one hour to return but we were only two or three minutes from boarding the people mover so we stayed on line.
We look happy now….
Tron construc….er, nevermind.
And then we got stopped here…
And here…
I took photos both times in case I needed to defend why we were late to our Tron BG.
We did manage to get over to Tron on time but I remembered someone in the Tron VQ thread saying they got on the line on time but it was past time when they went to scan in and the CM did not want to let them ride. I did not understand then but I do now. As you walk up the ramp, VQ holders stay right, ILL’s and non riders stay left. Basically, there is a line to enter the line. So I did what any well informed person would do…I screen shotted the time as we got on the “pre line”.
It was fine. We made it to the tap point in a matter of minutes. Once through we did not wait too long. Soon enough we were securing our belongings in the double sided locker.

So what exactly does this mean? Does this mean in case of emergency people who need assistance should wait here for help? Does anyone know? The wording has me kind of thrown.

And dont let that blue sky fool you. More storms were coming.

It was now 3:00 and we wanted to make the first Garden Rocks concert at Epcot at 5:30 and we still had to change resorts.
We boated to VGF then drove to AKL. By 4:00 it was all this….
WELCOME HOME!!!
I love Jambo house. Love love love it!
The few beers my sister had in her cooler were icy cold and hit the spot. We did not even wait until we got to our room. Cracked them right there under the portico.
For the record, I would never purposely drink Ultra.
We took the long way to our room and NO it is not because I took us to the wrong floor!!! Who told you that?!?
The room is in need of a refurb but this kitchenette beats VGF’s any day!
The animals were MIA for the moment. I showed my sister around a little then we went to the bus stop to hop a bus for Epcot.

I was a little disappointed because there was quite a bit of overlap in the set lists of the two shows.
Time for another drink, snack and drink:
Croissant au Fromage de Chèvre, Herbes et Ail Rôtie: Croissant with goat cheese, herbs, and roasted garlic – $6.75
This croissant was so amazing. Like really amazing!
As were the drinks. But you all knew that already.
Pretty night. Happy girls.
