Ooh and idk if you guys already know this, but the man who was trapped in the spider's web was kept under the graveyard. Not sure if he was removed after this past refurbishment though.

Nobody knows how long the man in the spider web was kept in the ride; it could have been a mere few days, or it could have been a couple years. He was, however, a much less "important" a character than Hatbox Ghost was. He wasn't featured in merchandise or advertising as Hatty has been, as he was more set dressing than a character. We know much less about him than we do HBG; outside of that concept art, there isn't much to go on. The area of the Mansion he was in was ridiculously dark, so photos would be tough to get, even with a flash (most camera flashes are designed to catch a subject relatively close to the camera). Somewhere in the Disney archives, there are probably a few photos used to document the proper setup for the ride, but who knows if we'll ever see them. Kind of a neat mystery though, all said. Something will, eventually, turn up. Who knows, maybe there's a grainy vacation photo sitting in somebody's closet, forgotten. It's just a matter of rediscovering it.

I have no doubts that Hatbox Ghost will make an appearance at WDW. Disneyland will probably see him first, and then he'll pop at WDW soon after, much like Constance did. I have a feeling it'll be sometime next year, too, after HMH has finished in DL. I'm curious to see how he's going to turn out; no doubt he's going to be a slightly different figure than before. Some of the art they've released shows him resting his hatbox atop a trunk and other junk, instead of just holding it in his hand, probably a change to accommodate new special effects. I'm hoping they hold back on the projection effects a little, this time around. Anybody else?

That's only part of it!! I have the Hitchhiking Ghost Bobbleheads(The older ones, not the goofy looking new one, see below!), the HM action figures Attic scene and the big HM playset(the one that goes with the Castle and the Monorail playsets). Still irked that the Arm Wall Sconce's were mysteriously sold out before they were officially available on the Disney store site($99, but now hundreds of dollars on Ebay, hmmmm)... They used to sell soooo much cool HM stuff, but now there ain't squat. Weird ...

Should have posted it earlier, but made this a few days ago in response to the news. Based on this whole meme going round of redrawing some template into a little "pumped" version of a character.
