The next big thing........Another live trip report!

In honor of @disneysince71, I'd like to post as we go. It was so much fun reading along, I figured, "why not?" I tried this in February, but it only lasted half the trip. I picked up a stomach bug midway and ended up tossing the phone in the sink in the wee hours of the morning ending any updates. Hope to avoid that this time! iphones can be expensive! Anyway, I can't promise to be as active as she was, but I'll try to keep it current and not aggravate my wonderful family as we enjoy Disneyworld!
On a side note, our flight has already been delayed until 6:50 PM. We were hoping to check in at the Yacht Club then head to MK for EMH. Don't think that will happen now, but we shall see what we shall see.
The trip is from Today, June 30 through July 14. The first week will be spent at the YC. Our second week at AKL. My wife and I will be traveling with our son, 10, and daughter, 8. Very excited, but now bummed with this delay! :(

Up at 6 am to get ready for our early ADR at Crystal Palace. Hope to head straight for Storytime with Belle after we are done. Long MK day ahead as they are open until 3 am!!! Looking forward to BOG for dinner tonight and seeing the "Concert in the Sky" again tonight. Have a great day everyone!!!!!!!
Sounds like ambitious plans for such a long and crowded day...take advantage of that midday break to get plenty of rest and to cool down before heading back out again!

Minor planning error by us. Made ADRs at 180 day mark thinking MK opened at 9. Never checked after that. It really opened at 8. So our CP 8 am breakfast was rushed a bit. Park still on the light side and it all worked out. Walked right onto belle with NO wait. Same at Under the sea. Now at BTMRR and splash

Now back to Kouzzina. The dinner was great. My wife and I shared the sampler appetizer. The only option my wife couldn't have were the greek meatballs, so we choose the shrimp and pork. Fantastic. They even had gluten free pita bread for my wife. The olives and humus were fantastic as well.

For entrees, I had the Kouzzina Trio.

I also had two bottles of Greek beer, both lagers. (Mythos and Alfa, which I was told is very difficult to get). They were both very good.
I have a Mythos glass and a Alfa glass in my house..From Greece..Love both beers..;)
My wife had the Fisherman's Stew which was explained as the most popular dish at the restaurant.

As I finish cleaning bathrooms, I am dreaming of hitting the jackpot at MK on our trip in September and having such low crowd levels that we can have an 8am adr @ Akershus and make it quickly to MK in time to walk on to Storytime with Belle, and not have longer than 10 min waits at any of our must dos. Maybe then we might fit everything in that we want to do. A girl can wish can't she??? Thanks for giving me some hope!
