Thanks for never disappointing in your total obsession and posting dozens and dozens of anti-Muppet posts in any Muppet thread that might exist.

I think you are like Judge Doom from Roger Rabbit. It is the only thing that make any sense.

You must be secretly a self-loathing Muppet in disguise, so you have no choice but to blather on and on endlessly about how the Muppets suck. I wouldn't be surprised if you showed up in Disney with your own barrel of Dip to try to take them out.
Naw, he's a child. Specifically this one

In the meantime, as I have suggested to you before, if Muppets haunt your dreams so horribly, one first step to stop that pain would be to stop clicking on Muppet threads.

Have a wonderful night!

At first, did we even know this was a live show? When I started to hear information about this show, it sounded like it was going to be on screens in the windows. It never really mentioned that this would be a live puppet show. I think a lot of people thought it was just going to be the muppets talking out of the windows when people walked past. I might be completely wrong. That is how I took it when the information first came out. It was very vague.

Want a laugh, go back and read page 1 of this thread. So many people, expert in their knowledge of what will or won't happen at WDW.

You ain't kidding. The entire first page is pooh poohing (apologies to Winnie) the whole thing, especially incredulity that the show would be above HOP. Well, obviously we know now not the entire show but definitely Sam. The rumor was right on and the person wasn't smoking weed when he said it. And this was only six months ago.

Sorry, but your intolerance of diverse opinions isn't going to make me refrain from expressing my opinions in any thread I choose. But hey, I do understand if you're deriving some comfort from this little puppet show in the MK. It must ease the terrible anguish you no doubt experienced after the second puppet movie flopped and the puppet TV show bombed. Have a wonderful day!

What's your deal man? There's a difference of expressing an opinion and openly rooting against a franchise that many people love just out of spite. Clearly they still are quite popular cause they are in 3 of the 4 parks.

I have said from the beginning that I don't like purchased IPs being pushed into areas of the parks where they don't belong. I don't like Star Wars being put into the back of Disneyland. I don't like Guardians of the Galaxy going into Epcot (or, heaven forbid, into DHS' Tower). That's it. The Muppet acquisition is an object lesson that buying something that used to be popular isn't always a wise move. People who say Disney hasn't tried hard enough with them, or just don't "get" them, are being ridiculous. Disney's done everything it could. Two movies, a strong online presence, a TV show...what else could it do to try to revive their popularity? Sometimes, what's dead is dead.

Does it ever occur to you Muppet fans here that trying to keep them alive isn't really doing them a favor? Look at how hard Warner Brothers has been trying to revive Looney Tunes. Space Jam, anyone? That was awful. Looney Tunes: Back in Action was worse. And what was that Looney Tunes show, for crying out loud? It was an unholy mashup of Seinfeld and Merrie Melodies. And wanna talk about Loonatics? All done in the name of trying to revive characters that, good as they are, perhaps can never be fully revived because they're period pieces. Only characters that are truly timeless - like Mickey Mouse - have a chance at a true revival (HIS new cartoons are awesome IMO).

As for you guys who keep trying to rag on me, when you stoop to name-calling and insults, then you've already lost the argument, and you know it. What's really ticking you off is that I've been proven right about those characters' worth to the Disney company, and yet you think that proves that I "hate" them. I'd say the same thing about the Star Wars characters or Marvel if those IPs had been similar failures, and no, I don't hate them either. Those have at least been profitable, and that helps the company's bottom line, and I'm all for that. I just wish they'd stay out of the Disney parks, but obviously that's not going to happen. I'm not going to stop commenting on it, though, so deal. The ignore button is your friend, although I'm not going to use it on you. I'm mature enough to tolerate opposing opinions, and some people here who I disagree with sometimes make good points nonetheless, and I sometimes I enjoy reading what they have to say. Peace out.

When I first posted this rumor I thought the person on Facebook was off the wall, I wish I could figure out who they were and go back and apologize, and ask him to feed me more predictions. (Last week another person was raving about Tot at DHS was getting a new paint job for a future attraction I assured them they are thinking of CA until they inboxes me to explain how they said they are a painter/ contractor in Orlando..., interesting)

A portion of Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss
Do you like
green eggs and ham

I do not like them,
Sam-I-am.
I do not like
green eggs and ham.

Would you like them
Here or there?

I would not like them
here or there.
I would not like them
anywhere.
I do not like
green eggs and ham.
I do not like them,
Sam-I-am

Would you like them
in a house?
Would you like them
with a mouse?

I do not like them
in a house.
I do not like them
with a mouse.
I do not like them
here or there.
I do not like them
anywhere.
I do not like green eggs and ham.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

Would you eat them
in a box?
Would you eat them
with a fox?

Not in a box.
Not with a fox.
Not in a house.
Not with a mouse.
I would not eat them here or there.
I would not eat them anywhere.
I would not eat green eggs and ham.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

Would you? Could you?
in a car?
Eat them! Eat them!
Here they are.

I woould not,
could not,
in a car

You may like them.
You will see.
You may like them
in a tree?

I would not, could not in a tree.
Not in a car! You let me be.
I do not like them in a box.
I do not like them with a fox
I do not like them in a house
I do mot like them with a mouse
I do not like them here or there.
I do not like them anywhere.
I do not like green eggs and ham.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

A train! A train!
A train! A train!
Could you, would you
on a train?

Not on a train! Not in a tree!
Not in a car! Sam! Let me be!
I would not, could not, in a box.
I could not, would not, with a fox.
I will not eat them with a mouse
I will not eat them in a house.
I will not eat them here or there.
I will not eat them anywhere.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

Say!
In the dark?
Here in the dark!
Would you, could you, in the dark?

I would not, could not,
in the dark.

Would you, could you,
in the rain?

I would not, could not, in the rain.
Not in the dark. Not on a train,
Not in a car, Not in a tree.
I do not like them, Sam, you see.
Not in a house. Not in a box.
Not with a mouse. Not with a fox.
I will not eat them here or there.
I do not like them anywhere!

You do not like
green eggs and ham?

I do not
like them,
Sam-I-am.

Could you, would you,
with a goat?

I would not,
could not.
with a goat!

Would you, could you,
on a boat?

I could not, would not, on a boat.
I will not, will not, with a goat.
I will not eat them in the rain.
I will not eat them on a train.
Not in the dark! Not in a tree!
Not in a car! You let me be!
I do not like them in a box.
I do not like them with a fox.
I will not eat them in a house.
I do not like them with a mouse.
I do not like them here or there.
I do not like them ANYWHERE!

I do not like
green egss
and ham!

I do not like them,
Sam-I-am.

I must say at first I had some doubts about the Muppets in Liberty Square. But now that I've watched them, I retract my words and say that this is a travesty, a further defilement of what was once one of the greatest and most dignified areas of WDW.

The Muppets and The Twilight Zone made great nostalgic attractions at DHS, celebrating bygone eras of tv. Otherwise they belonged in the seventies and fifties respectively.

That should've been it. Products of Eisner's late 80's/early 90's IP splatter period, which suddenly saw Teenage Mutant Turtles, Barbie, The Muppets in Disney Parks. And elephants and clowns and acrobats and what have you. It was weird back then, it is weird now.
