They have a wall running along the front side the Mansion all the way down. Not sure if they’ll remove the portion in the pic but it runs all the way down to the Haunted Mansion exit.

I’m not kidding. This one bothers me. I could deal with some of the other planters they ve ripped out but this one is pushing it. It doesn’t even create that much more space. This is part of the beautiful landscaping for a signature attraction. To remove it for an extra foot of space is ridiculous. Hopefully it’s just a renovation.

I’m not kidding. This one bothers me. I could deal with some of the other planters they ve ripped out but this one is pushing it. It doesn’t even create that much more space. This is part of the beautiful landscaping for a signature collection. To remove it for an extra foot of space is ridiculous. Hopefully it’s just a renovation.

I'm with you but we really have to fear the worst at this point. They're widening the paths so people can get to Star Wars land easier. Theming be damned. It's like removing trees so that clowns can watch their overrated projection show on a castle in MK.

See this is when SWL starts ing me off. Not because it’s there but because it’s indirectly killing some of the classic parts of DL.

Let's not call it "the planter." No one knows what that is. It's the brick wall in front of HM that people tend to sit on. If they are removing it, we never even got to say goodbye to it. Couldn't they have done a Disney Parks blog, had an event, released a limited commemorative t-shirt?

DL is slowly turning into MK. Wide walkways and no places to sit. I'm sure "improvements" to the hub like fake grass and less trees is in the works.
