I'm stuck here at work looking out the window at the frozen wasteland that MN has become. And I have a sick doggie being taken to the vet the AM by my husband. Very concerned. Very worried. This day is not looking good.
However Nemo coming out today is a bright spot.

I'm home again (Yay! I'm getting to miss my T/Th class). My son is much better, but since he had fever last night, he had to stay home again. I'll just spend the day cleaning and getting things ready for his b'day party next weekend.

We had a birthday party for princess # 2 on Saturday ( her b'day is the 8th) and I'm still trying to get everything put away! We will be off to The Disney Store later to spend her birthday loot (and Toys R Us ). Girl's day at the mall...we have to do lunch.

75 degrees on the 4th of November in DETROIT! I love it! I just raked leaves... 9 bags , and that's just the front yard so far. I'm out of bags! Bleh, lol.

Its 50 degrees and rainy here. Since I live at the edge of the woods I don't even want to begin to think about raking leaves.
We don't have to bag them here...if you rake them to the edge of the property the town comes and "vacuums" them up. I live on a private road so I just rake them into the treeline. Makes for good compost in the spring.

Well, I just got back from taking Lauren to the dentist... she went through a root canal and a cap with no tears AND no sedative! :sohappy: She's a tough one, lol. But the dentist found MORE work that needs done so we will be back soon. It did prompt me to go out and buy the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy recommended Oral B electric toothbrush though. :lol: So here I am $105 poorer, but hopefully this will do some good. Hope everybody else's day is better than Laurens! :wave:

No sedative? I can't imagine going thru mine without at least a fifth of Jack Daniels.

It's still morning to me, even though its 1:30. lol.
Today has been very boring, woke up started to school, started feeling sick. Came back home (didn't even get to school), slept for a lil bit got up for my noon class. We did nothin in there. So we got out early. So now I'm here. I have a few hours before I have to go to work, so I thought I'd spend awhile with you guys! :sohappy:
