I failed to mention he's a complete pain in the behind, mostly. :lookaroun

But, he puts up with me. :) He reminds me what I was talking about two sentences into a conversation. :) It works.

 As long as you've found a balance

LMAO!!

And Christy, I agree with you. I've had crushes on good-looking guys that have turned to be really smart and really sweet. I guess beautiful people are discriminated against too , but I wouldn't know
Blond?? :D

That'd be me. :D

I thought it was inappropriate. But since you wanna whine about it, I'll be more than happy to tell the whole site that it was me. :D

Have a magical day.....

Gosh, if all everyone wants is someone as "sweet, funny, and smart" as them, makes you wonder why there any issues with "love" at all. :lookaroun

I had that 5 years ago. Turns out she wanted old, fat and boring... as well as a 6 figure salary.

I ended up marrying a guy who is nothing like the guys I dreamed of in HS. Why?
Because hes smart and treats me like gold and he puts up with all my crap
and ,after 28 years he can still make me laugh. Not a bad run for a guy I hated when we first met and only went out with because he had tickets to a sold out concert I wanted to see.

Not my quote, but somewhat appropriate for the situation, and the way I've always looked at seeing someone (though, currently single, so ladies, I'm free! ;)

"Gentleman, Might I offer a suggestion for all of you. Without being so bold as to condone premarital s*x, and without being so naive as to think you are all chaste angels, I will give you this advice about your s*x lives.
'The next time you find yourself with a woman, look in your heart and see if you cannot approach s*x as a mystical, spiritual act. Challenge yourself to find that spark of divinity that man can only achieve through union with the sacred feminine."

I'm generally proud of myself if I can just avoid turning the TV on until after.
