Oh my god....quit ganging up on "td1129"!!!!! I am sick of you people bashing! And insulting and making fun of someone I know personally! You obviously have nothing better to do than sit in front of a computer and create drama!
td1129, I like your original post! I think it's great to be able to walk through your favorite movies and be more hands on like you say! Don't listen to those people who are saying you are trolling (trust me, they have messed with me) they aren't worth getting mad over!

Your future and my future greatly differ. The things you list, mostly, won't exist in 5 years, but Potter and Transformers will.

The future of theme parks is the same as it has always been. Potter, Radiator Springs, Mystic Manor, etc are modern takes on the classic theme park formula and are my idea of the future of theme parks.

I am not a Universal Fanboi. I've never even been to the place. And no, by "people" I mean the large thinking majority. I make no reference to anyone on this board. In fact, I am willing to bet you that most average, non-WDWMagic people in the real world would not know half that stuff on that list...or care! Because it's not memorable, and it's certainly not the "future." A, B or at best, C-Ticket attractions. Not even close to memorable or long-lasting. HenryMystic is right, Radiator Springs and Potter will be around forever..."Agent P" will not, the same way Kimpossible is no more...the same way "Narnia" at MGM is no more...

No one is ganging up on anyone. I don't see anyone making fun of this member, td1129. Can you show me where we attacked them personally, or said something negative about their character? No, you can't, because it didn't happen. td1129 posted an opinion, a very unpopular one, and we are responding with our own opinions.

You posted it where it had no place and was designed to get attention and anger because ... well, it's a lot of BS, which you are entitled to believe ... but if were in the Imagineering board or Chit-Chat where it belongs, you wouldn't have anyone to play with. That is what a troll does.

Completely fantastic, and they line up to buy it. Why hasnt it made it stateside?? Who knows. :(.

The milk tea popcorn at TDS's Cape Cod/Duffy area was my fave ... honey was No. 2 (no, not you, Lee).

And I still think I will always associate Fantasyland with the smell of chocolate popcorn.

But I believe DCA now does flavored corn out in Carsland, right? Another thing to look foward to.

The OP posted a bunch of stuff without proof, since most of it isn't open yet and claims that it will be better than anything Universal is doing......on a News and Rumors board. It isn't news or a rumor, or accurate at all. If that isn't trolling, In not sure what is.

Dill pickle flavor popcorn? I would love to try that. Maybe by the time it makes its way to Orlando it will be a nextgen interactive meet and greet experience to buy it! They can close down another E ticket attraction for EMH and give us that. I can't wait for the future!

This made me laugh, you start quite a few threads like that yourself.

How is posting a positive opinion about something trolling? Yes, it was in the wrong section, but I'd hardly call it trolling. The OP was just saying that they and their children would enjoy these experiences when they visit, which they are entitled to.

Not every thread has to be a big gloom fest about how awful WDW is. Perhaps some people post on this WDW fan site because they enjoy the parks and want to talk about them. I don't think people should be attacked or have to defend themselves because of that.

However, I do think that if "trollolololololololol" is the most productive thing you can add to a conversation, you probably just shouldn't contribute.

tt1129 is right in a way. If I am given the option to play some games instead of waiting in line (e.g. dumbo) then I would much prefer that! In the future, interactive lines will be taken to a new level that makes waiting in line something you don't hate! Things like Turtle Talk with Crush could be used in E-Ticket Queues.

I admit I still want to see great rides, but sometimes a break on something like Agent P is what I want! The new things the imagineers are doing is just a new way to bring their characters to life. A way that feels more real and less scripted. It's all about thinking outside the box!

I love these forums heaps and it's mainly because of the people, but I'm getting tired of people making others feel bad and talking badly about the thing we all love (Disney) just because Disney is trying to do what Walt always did. Innovate!
