Yes, but that is par for the course for a new attraction. Long lines that eventually circled down to whatever norm it was going to have. In September 2019 I went to DHS in the evening and walked on Smugglers Run, no wait at all and it was brand new then and also had an impossible line during the day. Splash was like that. Star Tours was like that and Toy Story was like that but it was always possible to sneak in at some point. The system you just scored doesn't allow for the "sneak in" aspect. You are in a grouping or you aren't. The few attractions that I might like to see because they are new might entice me to go there just to see that, but with the hoops that have to be jumped through, no, I will just look at the ride on You Tube.

Happy Sunday everyone!
I just had a good outcome with clearing a slow sink drain and I wanted to share this miracle product with you guys.
Everyone eventually has a slow drain in their adult life. This product worked so well!
If you have a slow draining sink....don't just get just any Liquid Plumr product.
It has to be this exact one: "Liquid Plumr URGENT CLEAR"
Inside the bottle is a dividing wall that keeps two different chemicals separate.
When you open the cap and pour the entire bottle down the drain the two chemicals combine...sparking a chemical reaction in your plumbing pipes that really does the trick.
I let it sit in the pipes for an hour an then poured boiling water down the drain.

Smuggler's Run also has the benefit of pretty much never breaking down completely. RotR can go down for hours because it's got so many moving pieces. I think this is Disney's way of avoiding the nine hour lines Uni had when Hagrid's Motorbike opened. And the insanity they had with RSR in DCA. Not a perfect system by any means, but it's somewhat working for now.

Like I said, eventually it'll get FPs.

I have an easier way. I call the office and have them send someone to my apartment to unclog it. Works like a champ. 👍 When I was a home owner and that happened I always wished I was rich and could just sell the place and move into a new house with no clogged pipes. My menagerie of tools did include a plumbing snake though.

Indeed, our family has had problems with GM products, as well.
When we moved back to Texas from No Cal in ‘76, Mom and Pop traded in our faithful, ‘64, used Olds F-85 and bought a brand new ‘77 Buick LeSabre. First new car they had ever purchased. It had a 301 c.i. V-8 with the new Turbo-Hydramatic 200 (as opposed to the previous 350 or 400) tranny attached to it. Yet another joke. Damn thing went through 3 transmissions before they finally put a proper one in...!!!!! :bored:
Pop ended up havin’ to write I don’t know how many letters to corporate before Mom and Pop were fully reimbursed.
Funny thing is, the rest of the car, includin’ the engine, lasted for years with no issues... 🤷‍♂️

My father always had Buicks. They made some good engines and according to him the old Dynaflow Transmission was unbreakable. Heavens knows he tried. He'd buy a new Buick and the first thing he would do is put the car in reverse and floor it, slam on the brakes and simultaneously before it stopped moving shift to Drive, let off the brake as he floored it again. He said if it survive that, it would survive any regular driving he would do. They did. Then they dropped the Dynaflow and stopped making their own engines and after having a couple of Oldsmobile's (1964/F85 was one of them, in fact the one I used to get my drivers license) and a Pontiac he bought something he said he never would. He bought a Ford product. Two Mercury Grand Marquis in a row. The last one was literally the last one before he passed.

The ‘70 Chevy Camper Special bought used in No Cal by Mom and Pop came with those seat covers...no A/C in that thing, and we drove it back and forth during the summers from No Cal to Texas and back, stickin’ to it all the way, if you rode in the cab...!!!!! :hilarious:

Cool, thanks. Every once in a while we get a slow drain.

So far no problems since we started pouring the once a month stuff down the drains. There's a few brands we've used but seeing we have septic it seems the safer choice

In my case.. It was a bit weird.

During my first visit, you could only get inside from within the park.
The second visit 2 days later, You could get reservations from anywhere in the area.
So they are definitively tweaking.
