If you have a car next trip you may want to look into the new hotels at UNI that just opened. They have suites priced between a Disney value and moderate. The food choices in them don't look great but there are lots of options on and off property within a few minutes.
I just looked at what two day Uni tickets would cost. Omg, they're as bad as Disney. I thought they'd be better. Nope.

Just check and you're right 5 day hopper 283 each total price
Yeah, and I wouldn't even want to go for 5 days. I'd want to try it out for two, maybe three days since I'm already down there, and then maybe commit to going longer another trip if I liked it well enough. And then for all of us when we're already paying for WDW passes...that can get out of control real quick.

For reference, B and I going to Busch Gardens Williamsburg with my work discount is $90 a person for 3 days.

The uni part wrong it's 208. There's also a deal on AP's get 3 months free so you can get 2 trips for a few dollars more than that

Major edit UNI 5 days hopper 208 in total including shipping. Disney 5 day hopper 283. @StarWarsGirl I originally read the wrong chart
Which chart are you reading because what I have here for a non hopper for Uni is $278.99 for a 2 day?
Edit: for a two day it's $218.99. Still too much, and that's all I'd want to go for. Their 5 day tickets are exactly the same as what I paid to go to Disneyland.

I would not want to commit to an AP. I'm already a Disney AP holder and a Hershey Season Passholder. My Disney DVC AP isn't too bad actually, it was $550 to renew.

The one from dh's work edit that's the price but we're still not allowed to go

We can't even buy tickets but if the boys lived elsewhere they could pick them up down there. Hoping maybe we can get Hershey tickets for Labor Day weekend, maybe
I'm starting to realize how much Hershey has spoiled me. I was just looking at King's Dominion's website. If they had been open last year I might have taken B down there for the weekend. Sadly they were not. Anyway, I saw their list of coasters, and while they look awesome, I was like, that's it? Five of them are kiddie coasters. They still have a pretty good list, but Hershey has more.

They also added a season passholder lot at Hershey so it takes me 2-3 minutes to get to my car after I've departed the gates. I was really feeling it when we parked at AK in Disney last time and we're hiking back to the car...

Just be glad you never flew into Hershey. That was a hike ;)
