Kids can get really sick from this. We've had an infant die, and a few kids, too. Plus they can be carriers. PLUS there's evidence that the virus can live on the playground equipment for hours.

Kids are not exempt from social distancing, and all the playgrounds are closed in our state. And I agree with the previous point about them being carriers, as well. That's why we pulled A out of school before daycares officially shut down.

Even if she didn't die from Corona, the thought of A having a severe reaction and being in the hospital with all those other sick people and I'm not allowed to visit her for weeks... no thanks. Not worth the risk, imo.

Or, her being asymptomatic and passing it on to you, with a not good outcome.

Governor of SC has finally put into effect stay at home order (finally realized people can't do what they are asked) and has instructed police to fine any one violating the new directives. Our cases have continued to go up state wide. In my zip code we had none now one confirmed case.

Not sure about our zip code, but, as of today in our county of just over 546,000, there have been 81 reported cases and 3 deaths from C-19. Of course, nobody has a clue how many out there actually have/had the virus.
I haven’t been to the office in 2 weeks, and the schools have been closed for over 3 weeks (some of that being spring break on the front end).
