Some commuters who drive the same highway day after day think they can be aggresive without any consequences. POSSIBLY One such person was likely the cause and 2 other motorists were sucked in to that situation (hypothetically) thru no fault of their own. Just speculation on my part based on what I've observed when traveling that highway in the past.
