You will. I never thought I would, but now approaching 50, I do.
This ^^^^ I have yet to gray. Have yet to need to color my head. I have a few gray here and there, but there are people in their late 30's early 40's that I know that have to color their hair because all of it is gray. Most people think I am in my late 30's. I generally don't bother to correct them unless I want to gloat. ;) :hilarious:

When my wife passed away she had no, zero, notta gray hair on her head and never, ever dyed it or used any product on it that I was aware of. Just shampoo. She was 76 when she passed. My daughters at 40 have some gray hair. One removes every gray that shows up and the other just doesn't care. She is getting noticeable gray. Most of my hair is AWOL, but the sides are more salt and pepper then anything else. My beard is pure white and has been for 15 or more years.

My parents are 59 and 53 and both of them look more like they're in their 40s. So hopefully someday that will be me.

Grey hair can look good. And men wear it better than us women. Totally unfair, fyi.
My mom is a senior citizen, but she has no grey hair. She does not dye her hair.

She looks like she's in her 30s. Her secret is in her genetics and taking care of herself. When her mom died at the age of 56, she had no grey hair. I was not born when she died, but I saw wedding pictures of my mom and film was taken of my parents wedding. The film included My mom's own mom. That film taken place just over a year before my mom's own mom past away.

My mother died when she was 86. I never saw any gray hair. Did she dye it? You bet your last dollar she did. In fact, she insisted on having her hair done the day before she died. She was very vain. Didn't want God to see her with roots showing

She was vain, but not judgmental of others. She was a very good looking woman in her youth and hated what aging did to her looks. She was a very good person and really cared deeply for her family. Not the type to look at herself in the mirror constantly, but had some very telling habits, like wearing bikini style under things, her hair and her teeth. She had a tremendous smile and brushed (washed her teeth, as she put it) 5 or 6 times a day. What she could control about her looks she did everything she could to stay forever young. None of us knew about the underwear stuff until after she died. At that point it was just cute as hell. Up until the last year of her life she never weighed over 98 lbs. 4'10" tall. Prednisone caused her to put on weight and tipped the scales at 110... man she hated that.
