Now it's my turn for something interesting to have happened to Disney+. We dropped Hulu before the launch of Disney + so everything would be easier banking wise. What we forgot is we paid past the start date of plus so when Hulu cancelled it cancelled everything:cautious: We must have not been the only ones because customer service was backed wayyy up last night. Dh was online with them forever trying to straighten it out and the best solution is just sign up for a new account when the service goes dead today:cautious: Seriously Disney+:cautious::cautious::cautious:

Yeah I know how just avoid it if I can.🤣I will just drive around until I can just pull into a space. 😉

OMG!!! That's me, too!!! :p Not only that, I'll park far away in the back of a parking lot, from a store, etc., where there are only a few cars. That way, I don't even have to worry about getting the car inside the white parking spot lines. Hubs told me that I was the only person he knew, that needed two spots to park a small 2007 Chevy Aveo. :joyfull:

It’s easy as can be, as our assistant football coach/drivers ed teacher taught us back in HS...!!!!! :hilarious:
But, seriously, he did and it’s actually only 2 moves that I’ve done many times over the years...and yes, my DWifey rolls her eyes every time at my parallel parkin’ victories...!!!;)
Move 1 is to pull up about 1.5-2 feet away from the the front car. Start backin’ up straight. About the time your rear wheels are even with that front cars rear bumper you sharply cut into the space, then turn the wheel back to go more straight back, and when your front bumper is about even with their rear bumper you cut your front end into the space. After that all it should take is move 2 to turn the wheel towards the curb goin’ forward to even out the space between the 2 other cars. If the other 2 cars are parked correctly, it’s a breeze. Just 2 moves...!!!!! :D;)
After a few years of knowin’ me, DWifey finally stopped questioning me (even when the other 2 drivers may have not done their parkin’ diligence ;)) about my parallel parkin’ prowess...!!!!!:hilarious:;):)
Yea, that is basically what I was taught as well and the cool thing is that it works with any sized vehicle. I used the same method to parallel park a 40 foot bus. The difference is that our move was to stop along side the front vehicle until the rear bumpers line up, then turn the car into the parking space until you reach the point where the center of your vehicle is even with the rear of the front car, then straighten out until you can clear the front car with the front of your car and cut the wheels so the front swings into the parking space, Turn the wheels toward the curb and pull forward. The exception would be that the longer the vehicle that further to the left of the front vehicle you need to be in your initial lineup. Just something that with practice, you get used to judging.

Proud Mom Moment in Time

Today my daughter graduated with her Masters Degree as a Computer Science Engineer with a focus in Data Sciences.

*Happy Dance*

She is an amazing young woman that set high goals for herself and dedicated herself to them. I am in awe of what she has accomplished.
We can share a proud moment. Yesterday my daughter received her Masters Degree in Business at East Carolina University. She is 43 and over the last three and a half years she did online work while keeping a full time job, maintaining a household and raising a teenage son that will be graduating from High School in June. I've always been proud of her, but yesterday she crossed over from great to superhuman. I wish I could say that she took after her old man, but that would be wishful thinking on my part.

Congratulations to her!

I learned to drive in NYC. I needed to be an expert parallel parker. Had to squeeze my car in many a tight space. Luckily I had a small car.
